To be completely honest, the price should be lower for the quality it has. The hose is not really stretchy, it is too strong so the vacuum always falls over when I try to pull it. Also the extension for the hose does not stay in place anymore after locking it. It seems like the mechanism to lock it has worn out or something.

This vacuum works great and is the second one that I have purchased. The lift-away function is handy and the brushes and motor are powerful. My favorite feature is that hair does not get tangled on the roller!

I like this vacuum. -1 star for the hose. The way it connects seems odd to me, and sometimes I get the attachment and other times not...

Like the product but hate that it keeps getting clogged with pet hair. I have yet to find one that doesn’t.

We enjoy vacuuming with this product. It is light weight but do wish it had a thinner attachment to reach better underneath couches.

I like everything about the Bissel except the cord holder I have to get down on my knees and wind the cord up.

I purchased this to replace a shark navigator. I was immedexcited about how easily the lift off portion was maneuverable and fairly lightweight. The “turbo brush” works great for getting the pet hair off of the steps.

Great vaccum. works great, handy in tight places, portable on stairs, etc. Hope it holds up for years.

Great vacuum. Some of the parts are difficult to remove. Love the light on the crevice tool!

some long cat hair still gets wrapped around the beater bar and brush , but not as much as most other brands.

Great suction don’t like the narrow brush path or the extension pole.

as far as the suction, it was great. The only thing i didn't like was that the hoes kept disconnecting from the vacuum ever after being locked in place. The vacuum hose was very stuff which made it kind of hard to use without sorta whipping your vacuum around.

This vacuum does really well. The pet hair attachment is so nice, but the hose itself does not hold up well. It does not lock, and when you are vacuuming, the entire things falls over constantly if you pull on it. It is SO annoying!!!! I am selling it now because it is so frustrating.

It is a good vacuum, my kiddos use it for upstairs their rooms and hall and it constantly get clogged because they vacuum anything and everything. It had good suction at some point not anymore. We have had it for 2 years maybe we are due for a new one.

First bought for quick touch ups but find myself using it all the time. Works well with dog hair.

Picks up pet and human hair well. We’ll see if it stands the test of time.

Really like this vacuum for picking up the dog hair from the carpet and stairs. Has a good suction and would recommend to people that have animals.

Love the vaccuum but would have loved a retractable cord. It's a pain to roll back up
