Great vacuum if you only have carpet.

Very Poor Product

False claims on functionality & hard to clean, hair wrapped around brush, wasn’t supposed to do that. So-called tangle-free brush. Horrible product & as a longtime customer I feel ripped off for the first time at Best Buy.
