Nice when it worked.

So I did end up returning it. I would have replaced it but they didn’t have another in stock. So I got something else. I do have other bissell products that are great. I think I just had bad luck with this one.

Works for small messes but not so much for pethair. If I was you I'd get a shark. Also the battery doesn't last long and takes a full day to charge right out of the box.

I need to clean up animal hair weekly from beds and couches. I'd like more battery and more suction PERSONALLY That doesn't mean it can be perfect for it's price for someone else.
