Worked well until battery died

Charging time is ridiculous

I think this is absurd given the technology we have in 2021. If I had to choose, I would purchase another option. Charging time is ridiculous.

But works well enough if in a hurry and not wanting to use the large vaccum.

Stopped Working after 1 year

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

It did absolutely nothing for the dog hair on my couch. didnt even touch it. Picked up *some* dirt. That was about it.

Dosen't SUCK enough

Save your money

Terrible on ANY soft surface. Bought a shark which is the same price works SO much better. Contacted Bissell and they told me it was a matter of my perception that the shark worked better, not a performance issue with the bissell
