Stopped charging after a few months.

Started out great for the first 2 months but battery life started getting shorter and became less and less effective at vacuuming. Don’t waste your money buying this vacuum.

Worked for about a month

Now it turns on for about 1 second and then turns off. Best Buy has a ridiculous 15 day return policy. If you decide to take a chance with this vacuum, make sure you buy it somewhere else that has a more reasonable 90 day return policy.

Delivery service stated package was delivered however package was never delivered to me. Bestbuy told me it was nothing they could do.
