The first time I used it didnt have the power to pick up random crumbs let alone pet hair. I thought it was because it wasnt fully charged. Even after a full charge it wasnt a good vacuum for anything.

Piece of crud

The battery died on me quickly and you cant take it back to store or send it back. They wanted me to take it to some other shop to drop off and have them fix it. No clue where the heck this shop was.

Defective Out of The Box

Stopped working after 2 weeks

I took back to the store and reordered. The 2nd vacum again looked used with a tattered box. I requested a new item and the salesperson was not helpful.
