Bought it 2 months ago and it doesn't work anymore

I owned the device for two months and the battery completely died. Bissell is a bust.

Does not pick up the hair and battery takes hours to charge and only lasts 20 min

Had this handheld vacuum for 8 months and the release latch broke.

The only thing that works great for my 2 shedding dogs! I love the power and how easy it is to use. Charges fast and holds the charge for a long time. Easy to empty and multiple attachments come included.

Was looking for a small, portable vacuum for use on furniture, in the car, etc. and after reviewing several options, chose the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Hand Vacuum. It didn't disappoint! Strong suction with decent attachments for all your small vacuuming needs. Recommend!

So far so good! I've had this vacuum for about a month now and I use it all the time. It's great at picking up cat hair from the couch and bed. And I use an attachment to get litter out of hard-to-reach places. Charges quickly, and very easy to empty and use. This seems essential for a pet owner.

Love everything about this product. It does everything I need it to do and then some. Picked up all the dog haire in my truck and in the house and didn't have to drag out the big vacuum. Highly recommend this product and I have a German Shepard that sheds alot.

Good deal. Good customer service. Works pretty well against all the hair dropped by my 2 German 'Shedders' (Shepherds), 1 Chihuahua/Rat Terrier, and 2 Tuxedo cats. I use it for quick pickups around edges of floors, around kennels, and around litter boxes. Also, handy for use in pet areas in car.

Seems to have reasonably good suction and battery charge lasts a reasonable time. BUT, there is no case, caddy, holder, or wall mount,.

This little hand held does everything it says it can do. It’s very powerful and easy to clean out the dust.

This is the perfect gift for those who live in apartments and smaller homes. It has great power and does an excellent job in cleaning up after cats that kick out litter from the cat box.

very powerful hand vaccum.. not scratch resistant if you are using on wooden floors.. good battery life..

Had the older non Lithium model for years. This newer model is awesome. Suction and run time is greatly improved, though it wasn’t bad on the old model. Great for getting pet hair off furniture and cleaning up the little messes.

This is really good for dog hair. My dog sheds all the time. This is really awesome. At first I was skeptical because it’s small but it’s worth it

This thing works AWESOME!! I have an orange indoor/outdoor cat and she leaves an orange nest of hair wherever she decides to sleep! This thing picked up all her hair and quick, it also got the hair off of the curtains where she like to sit and look out the window, battery lasted long enough to get the job done but it was wearing down.

Just what I was looking for! Makes it so easy to vacuum all the dust and pet hair from all the places it accumulates. This little tool has also saved my back from lugging around a heavy vacuum cleaner when all I need is the corners and underneath furniture vacuumed.
