Had for 1m5 months only, retractable power chord is fraying and exposing the copper and wires inside. Just purchase one with regular chord.

The vacuum is a bit unwieldily. The suction on the vacuum is probably the best I've had but there are draw backs to the design. The construction comes if a little cheap. You have to step on the front of it and"break" it loose to run the carpet cleaning portion. When the tried and true step on a button and it releases is so much better. The balance is off too because when you the brush attachments it doesn't really stay up right. The person that reviewed it with frayed cord from automatic cord winding is probably true. I feel like mine is going to look the same in a month or two. You might want to look elsewhere.

I dont love this vacuum at all :( its very heavy and bulky. The suction is honestly terrible, i have to go over an area very slowly and multiple times to pick up all the debris. Nothing crazy, even a few chip crumbs needs gone over multiple times before picking them all up. Ill be returning this vacuum.

Just before getting this vacuum I let myself get talked into one of those super expensive Kirby vacuums. I returned it realizing the price was absurd, and I went with this one instead. It works even better than the other one for less than 1/5 of the cost. Very satisfied with this product

We clean up hair for 2 golden retrievers & this is well worth the price! I was slightly concerned about the weight of carrying the vacuum up & down the stairs, but that isn't an issue. The pet eraser turbo does wonders on the carpet & the tools are very easy to use.

Vacuum Cleaner Evaluation

The vacuum cleaner has too many parts-like filters. Step button to relax handle to vacuum is on the left--am right handed so there is no option--And the button is stiff and hard to use. Also felt that the Best Buy store could have had a bigger selection rather than having to order and get 'delayed' delivery messages

Vacuum sucks in more than 1 way

I've been using this for over 1 year to provide a worthwhile review. I have 2 small shedding dogs. First the "good suck"... this vacuums picks up everything. I didn't realize how much dog hair we had until I used this vacuum. The "cup" fills up with dirt and hair almost every room or so, so I know it's picking up stuff. If that's all you want from a vacuum, then this is great. End of review for you, but if you need to know more, here it is,
now the "bad suck": this is heavy, compared to my super lightweight previous Oreck vacuum, but that's relative to what you are used to, however, there is no true "handle" to carry it from room to room or up stairs. Also, the cord is so close to the base (ground) and is always in the way when vacuuming. I have to bend down and pick up 3 feet of cord (losing the operational length of the cord) to hold in my "driving" hand just so the cord doesn't get in the way. As far as easy "dumping" of the canister, it's a one step button, however, I always have to reach in and pull out the clump of debris, it doesn't fall out effortlessly like the ad shows. While the poor maneuverability and weight and no real handle might be less of a quality con and more of a nuisance related, let's turn to more serious cons for this. I bought it for the attachments and they are useful, but the flexible hose is so heavy you can't use the attachments alone without holding on to the vacuum along the way. due to this counterweight, the vacuum ALWAYS falls/tips over and is heavy and often lands on my foot/leg, or into furniture, walls, and is a pain to consistently hold the vacuum while engaging any attachments. This is the deal breaker for me. Reaching into back of couch cushions, on stairs, crevices, behind fridge, air ducts, you name it, the attachments themselves are good but you practically need two to operate this machine as it is so wonky. So if you don't use or need attachments, and are okay with the nuances of weight, maneuvering and the sort, get this vacuum. If you need or like to use attachments, run away, find something else.
