Bought this to clean carpet stains that wouldn't come up with stain remover and a towel and it worked very well. Comes with a small bottle of cleaner, but you can purchase more if needed at Best Buy.

it took 4 hours to charge and last about 30 min or so before you have to recharge it. I am not sure what kind of pet stains the 5 star reviews are cleaning up but i should of just invested on something else i have a cat that sometimes has hairballs and throws up his food and it legit just make the stain wet and smell decent ha i'm so disappointing its ok if you spill water on the carpet this will do the job

With a adult son with a Traumatic Brain Injury and several rescue dogs. I bought a full size one and also the hand held. I have had to use both multiple time since purchasing them.

Spilled coffee on the carpet upstairs at my moms place.. She’s completely OCD. Was able to run to Best Buy and buy one these bad boys while she was at work. Looked good as new.

Have two cats and of course they get sick and pick only carpet to do it on. This works great in getting rid of any stain and odor.

My lovely dogs recently had a peeing contest on my couch and this stain remover/oxy spray worked miracles. My couch smells and looks brand new.

purchased for pet “accidents” and it’s ok, but not as powerful as a plug in cleaner and covers such a small surface area. it works but takes a lot of time

The pet stain eraser does work descent, but it recommends you buy Bissell formula which would probably get pricey. Should have returned when I had the chance.

It works great but it goes through the solution pretty quickly. Would be hard to do any area too big but great for small areas or stairs, furniture. Not a bad price.

Horrible, spilled the dirty water over the clean part of my rug, everything was assembled as instructed. Also requires the rug to be completely saturated with cleaning solution in order to suction any of it otherwise it just leaves it on the rug. Really wanted to like this for pet accidents but it was more aggravating then helpful.

The other Bissell cleaner is amazing and l love it . This one is okay but doesn’t compare to it and I’m sure that’s why I’m a little disappointed.

Very disappointed. I think i should've saved my money. really should not have bought this. not even good for spot cleaning.

Bought this as a toddler used makeup on the carpet. It was up and running in no time with a quick charge and removed all the makeup.

I love this item so much that I gave away my large carpet shampooer. This one is so easy and really cleans up stains beautifully.

This charger is perfect if you want to charge devices faster

It didn't suction properly and does not deep clean. I prefer the Heated Spot Cleaner by Bissel.

Works as expected and better. Will take some getting used to but once you find your groove you won’t be disappointed.

This works great on old urine stains and new. Completely removed an old stain from a lightcolored carpet. Very good buy.

I tried it on a stubborn stain from (burgundy) hair color that dripped onto my mattress, and almost removed at least 90% of the mark.

I have 3 little kids and they seem to always get something on my car rug, this works perfect and very easy to use.
