I bought this for myself for Christmas. Things thing is awesome at removing little pet messes. Beats dragging out big carpet cleaner.

Training small dog. Accidents happen. Great for getting the urine stains out of carpet if you catch it right away.

I wanted to love this so much. It did not work. I tried and tried and tried. I watch videos of others using it. I really wanted something small and easy to carry (because of medical issues). No matter how hard I tried and wished it would work it did not have enough power to suck anything up.

This little bissell works wonders. Even after I clean up a spot the stain remover continues to work and pull out the stain more.

It was mediocre and ok. I was cleaning upholstery and it removed a little of the stain and really didn’t pull up a lot of the solution

This little handheld cordless vacuum does an amazing job for stains and spills. It's perfect for cleaning ther furniture.

Perfect carpet cleaner for those small spots made by the kiddos or a pet. Use mine for my cat who throws up from time to time.

This thing was perfect for the first couple of times I used it. Wonderful for cleaning up after my dog has an accident. I noticed that after about 5 uses it will not hold the cleaning solution anymore. It just completely leaks out all over the place, and it isn't a slow leak. I am not sure what happened but a valve somewhere is not working properly. Pretty disappointed about this.

I made this purchase because it seemed convenient but it was a disappointment. When I received this item it appeared to be used. There were finger prints and tags were torn. I looked past that issue but when I tried to use it, it wouldn’t suck anything up.

If you're experienced with (or have ever used) any sort of upright carpet cleaner, the idea is pretty similar with this hand-held, spot cleaner but a little simpler. You just spray the area from the nozzle on the device (comes out of the front), scrub with the front scrubber if you need to, let it sit for 5 minutes, then just reverse over the wet spot to suck up the liquid and you're done. You can repeat if you need to. Thats about it. Really. The one thing I didn't love about it, is you have to turn the power on the device in order to spray the spot. This turns on the suction vacuum, which is pretty unnecessary during spray time. A minor negative that's obviously just for simplicity. Instead of saying "turn on the sprayer power", they just tell you to turn on the power. I was a little confused the first time I hit the power button and the suction started, though, so that's the only reason it's a negative for me. All and all, if you have pets that like to make little stains on your carpet, this is a pretty nice thing for taking care of the small spots they leave. Our cats like to occasionally throw up and our dog has a mistake every once and a while and this seems to do a decent job of cleaning them up.

Not much power when it comes to suction and you do all the work.

The one I purchased was missing a part and got a new one from Bissell Company. and I love the compactness.
