I have contacted Bissell and am waiting on a reply. We purchased the Pet Stain Eraser in December and were very pleased with it. However, by May, it had ceased to work. We have performed all suggested troubleshooting tests, to no avail. It will not spray solution anymore. The vaccum still works. Apparently either the switch or the pump is defective. After following the disassembly instructions, by the way, there are more screws than indicated, we found a white wire to the pump had a bare spot. We taped that up, but still does not pump. The switch does not feel like it used to. Hoping to get satisfaction from Bissell, as we loved the unit...…..when it worked! I can send photo of wire.

This hand held shampooer works great and easy to use.

When it worked it was great. After getting a puppy I was chasing him around the apartment with this thing. After a couple of weeks something went wrong, it slowly started leaking and then as the days progressed the unit stopped holding the cleanup water and just started spraying it out of the breathing ports on the side of the unit. My puppy was doing great for a while and then the other day he had an accident after being too excited for the dog park. I went to use the cleaner and the battery was dead. So I charged it back up and when he had another the next day it was fully charged but would no longer turn on.

TV picture is crisp and clear. Sound bar is perfect.

I will never purchase a Bissell product again. They are made with such inferior qualities that both of my Bissell pet stain removers are broken within a year after a handful uses. Yep, two machines of different models are now broken. One had a broken hose which requires me to take it to an authorized dealer to replace it. And the second one has a leaking water tank that requires me to purchase a cap from their store. Their products are so cheaply made, they should be labeled “one time use”, or “disposable”. Never again, Bissell. Shame on you and your low quality products.

This was horrible. Sprayed uneven and had no suction. So bad I returned it which I hardly do.

Doesn’t suck! And that is the problem. Leaves carpet dirty, wet. Still have to break out the Dr. Took it back.

For the price you pay I guess its alright. Although id almost rather just rent a processional machine this one is very small and doesnt seem to get the stain out completely.

Do not buy. Charged for 4 hours and was only ably to use less than 30 minutes. And used a lot of oxy product.

I had some random carpet spots that were driving me crazy and this unit fell into my lap at the perfect time. It's a simple device that goes against most other carpet cleaners; you don't add water to the solution. This device has a tank that supports roughly 8oz of Bissel's (and I'd imagine other vendors) solution. A full charge and turning the suction on is the only way to spray the solution. This unit doesn't have rotating bristles - so after you spray the solution, you work the bristles in yourself. You don't need much solution and it says to not oversaturate, so the vacuum part doesn't seem to be all that necessary for small stains. Also, if you want to put some elbow grease into it and push the unit down to really get some suction, I found myself pushing down on the power button and shutting it off. The solution worked great and got rid of those annoying dots. Given the quirks, this is a recommend, especially if you have any random pet stains around that you want taken care of.

The sprayer doesn't work and it sucks up hardly anything!! This is junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was really hoping it would work but it’s really hard to hold it in such a way that it wouldn’t leak out from the bottom.
