I bought this for a quick solution to unexpected pet messes. This thing is the real deal. I like how u can just grab it whenever you need it as long as you keep it charged it’s always ready. A must for anyone with pets

Purchased this since one of our chihuahuas occasionally has an accident. It's easy and quick to use. I have the full upright cleaner as well. This is great to get a spot quickly.

People have complained about the battery life but I have had no issues. If used for what it is intended for, you’ll have no issues either!! Def a must have for a new puppy!!

I HAVE A 10 YR OLD MINI WEINERDOG WITH A SMALL BLADDER. HE HAS ACCIDENTS ALL THE TIME BUT WITH THE BISSELL PET STAIN MACHINE I CAN GET HIS ACCIDENT UP QUICK BEFORE THE CARPET GETS RUINED. GREAT MACHINE !!!

It works great for my little dog's accidents. I will mositen the carper for about 5-10 minutes, vaccum the area, and apply dry carpet deodorizer. Works wonders!

The concept of this cordless vacuum is great! Upon first use it works perfectly to remove pet stains, but if you leave the vacuum with the solution overnight - it will leak out. I poured the second solution bottle and used it for a light clean up, but overnight the solution chamber was empty and my carpet was wet & clean in the morning. The leaking issue seems to be a common problem for this vacuum which is a shame. It works perfectly otherwise. Ended up returning the vacuum for the ProHeat 2X Model.

Works great for the intended use. Removed pet stains from my carpet pretty easily. Downside: it goes through the cleaning liquid rather quickly.

This Pet Stain Eraser has come in handy! We have a new puppy that has accidents every once in a while! This product makes it so easy and less of a chore to clean up after him!

Great for small spills and pet accidents. Being battery operated and rechargeable makes it convenient and easy to use. Stores well and out of the way.

Works great on carpet or upholstery cleaning. Awesome customer service. The vacuum I purchased leaked fluid, they quickly replaced it with a new one without a hassle.

It's basically a handheld wet/dry vacuum with an electric squirt gun built in. It's not really a carpet cleaner like the floor ones, with spinning brushes or anything like that, you pull the trigger, it sprays the surface, you can scrub it with the stationary brush that is attached on the bottom and the front part sucks the water out. It does suck up the liquid out of upholstery quite well, but a shop-vac does better and you can use a squirt bottle to apply whatever cleaning solution you would like.

I purchased this for a few stains (coffee ) I had in my car which cleaned them up pretty well. Only downfall is it leaks a little bit and the water filter is so small otherwise it’s great! :)

I have four pets and I'm always having little accidents to clean up. This is easier than getting my larger carpet cleaner to do the small jobs.

The is a great hand held carpet cleaner. It could be a little easier to use but I feel like I need to put a lot of pressure on the treated spot in order to pick up the solution that was sprayed on.

I wanted to like this vacuum— it was small, compact, and convenient to carry compared to other models of carpet cleaners. Unfortunately, when the solution is sucked up by the vacuum (along with the mess it’s cleaning), the black cover on the reservoir catching it all does not stay closed. This causes the messy solution that was sucked up to simultaneously spill about as you’re attempting to clean. If they fix the cover, this vacuum will work much better.

Bought this to handle small clean up jobs for the furniture as we have zero carpet in our home. This thing is simple and works great glad I made this purchase

Great product for pet owners! Definitely a must have. Easy to use and effective!

Per the description, it says that the battery lasts 45 minutes while it lasts for me 15 minutes. Other than that, I like the product.
