Battery runs out fast and scrub brush is not strong

Good cleaner for small spots, requires abit of elbow grease but gets the job done without having to bring out our large carpet cleaner

After 6 years my old Pet Stain Eraser finally died. It was excellent at what it does. Replaced it with the new and improved version which is easier to clean up afterwards. Oh, and the new version cleans perfectly!

Had been needing a handheld cleaner for a while and decided to go with this one. It does the job. Have used it to spot clean carpet and some furniture. No issues yet. Great for the small jobs.

Works great, have used it alot, to clean up little stains on my carpet, the pet stain remover is great too. Battery charge seems to last for a long time, enough to clean up messes.

I bought this because of all the great reviews. It looks nice, easy to use and clean. It just has no suction power. I can’t believe this is on the market and it’s being sold for the price. I have the Bissell plug in spot clean model but the plastic hose cracked after a year and thought this would be great cuz I only need it for small spots. I guess all these people are happy w just seeing a visible surface spot removed but if you are needing to clean a spot wear a pet has pee’d on a carpet, this is not powerful enough in anyway to remove that from deep in your carpet. You can barely feel any suction on your hand and left my carpet soaking wet still. I will be returning and getting another plug in one. I’m so bummed cuz I was so excited about a handheld spot remover. Just no power and hardly any suction.

Works very well on my pet's stains. Comes with 2 bottles of cleaning fluid; one full bottle to fill the reservoir completely.

Game changer…I have a new puppy and it’s been a chore getting her housebroken. This is so easy to use and does a great job. For those 5hat complained it doesn’t suck up the water. It does a great job as long as you have it at the right angle.
