Cleaning the machine itself can be a bit of a hassle, especially if pet hair gets trapped inside. Overall, it’s a good tool for quick cleanups but might not be powerful enough for heavy-duty cleaning. If you have occasional small messes, this could be a decent option. For bigger or older stains, you might need something more robust.

I had the bod bulky version and had to drag up and down the stairs this little one does a better job and is portable and compact Love it a great buy

After 6 years my old Pet Stain Eraser finally died. It was excellent at what it does. Replaced it with the new and improved version which is easier to clean up afterwards. Oh, and the new version cleans perfectly!

Had been needing a handheld cleaner for a while and decided to go with this one. It does the job. Have used it to spot clean carpet and some furniture. No issues yet. Great for the small jobs.

Game changer…I have a new puppy and it’s been a chore getting her housebroken. This is so easy to use and does a great job. For those 5hat complained it doesn’t suck up the water. It does a great job as long as you have it at the right angle.

Nice Portable size but suction seemed too weak. Took too much time and effort to clean even small spots. Returned for the bigger model.

Good cleaner for small spots, requires abit of elbow grease but gets the job done without having to bring out our large carpet cleaner

i brought it for strain removal on sofa, this is good quality but i feel suction would have been better

Works great, have used it alot, to clean up little stains on my carpet, the pet stain remover is great too. Battery charge seems to last for a long time, enough to clean up messes.

it works amazing! not to great for bigger messes but for smaller ones, like if you have a small dog or cat it works wonders
