New was actually used

But very odd they sold this to me as new considering the unit already had solution in it. There was even a used up(zero balance) card for Best Buy score credit within the box. Apparently from the previous owner. Had to pay full price for a returned and used item. BB's only response was for me to return this item for a new one and hope next one is actually new. Which is a lot of hassle when this works fine, just bothers me they tried to sell it as new when it was so obviously not new.

Miracle worker

It provides adequate suction and cleaning but needs more power. It does what it should.
