It WORKS! Easy setup. No water needed, just the included solution. Make sure the unit is charged, Pour solution in the top as instructed. Spray the spot, and clean. It's lightweight, easy to handle. You see the dirt and solution coming up through the nozzle just like a big carpet cleaning machine shows. Cleanup is a matter of opening the bottom container and emptying the dirty solution. Rinse out the container and snap it back in! No need to touch any dirty water. The first thing i used it on was actually a beer spill. Sucked everything right up. Dried quickly, and NO ODOR left after. I knew for sure the living room would smell like a frat house the next day, but nothing. I have since used it on a salad dressing spill, and a pet accident. Both cleaned right up, and no remnants or odor left the next day. The charge holds really well too. I have yet to see it drop below 3/4. I did forget to plug it in and grabbed it thinking it would surely have died in the week between uses, but it was still fully charged and cleaned like a champ. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has pets, kids, or clutzy tendencies.

Takes maybe a minute from start to finish to clean. The Bissell cleaner is great. Instant stain remover and you don't have to blot, just turn it on, spray the area and extract the liquid. Make sure you watch for all the cleaner to be sucked up.
