This is a very solid stain removal tool. Very simple to add the solution and then spray the dirty area. Once you've done that, it has good suction and will take out the stain. There is some debris (carpet fiber, fur, etc.) that might get stuck in the intake, but it is easy to clean out. Overall, a pretty useful tool.

I bought two of these machines and I had to return both of them within a month because of charging problems. Hopefully the the third time is a charm with the third new replacement that BISSELL shipped me a new replacement machine at no charge

Definitely great for smaller spills. I have had one before and this one is new and improved. It’s easy to use and very powerful. My only issue is that it is still quite heavy. The solution is also very overpriced. Other than that, it works well and I would recommend it.

Really good for cloth car interiors. Spot cleans stains and quickly restores my light colored seats to like new. Haven’t used with pet stains specifically, but the scrubbing action is really useful.

The BISSELL - Pet Stain Eraser is a life saver. My puppy still has the occasional accidents indoor, and that can be a huge pain in the rear. Well, the BISSELL - Pet Stain Eraser has made those mistakes a lot easier. It really doesn't get any easier. The best thing is that the BISSELL - Pet Stain Eraser is battery powered, so no cords! All you do is fill with the cleaning solution and, water, and you are on your way to cleaning up those small messes. No more having to scrub by hand and leaving a huge wet mess son your carpet. The BISSELL - Pet Stain Eraser cleans and sucks up the water/solution. I know that this is a "pet stain eraser," but it works great in cars as well. I actually used it on my Jeep's seats and got them cleaned up. I also used it on my couch and it brought out the deep stains that had been there for some time. The only downside is the battery life. It's a fairly small battery, so that's its limitation. The upside is that it charges fairly quickly. Overall, the BISSELL - Pet Stain Eraser is great! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Not normally a Bissell fan but this Pet Stan Eraser PowerBrush not only works as advertised but better. We have a new puppy that is not quite housebroken yet but my carpet has no stains or odors thanks to the PowerBrush. Love it.

This product is not as good as the reviews say. It don’t always suck up all the water and had to return the first two due to them not working

We have a rescue dog that doesn't know she is supposed to potty outside. This works great when she goes on the carpet. Takes the stain out and can hardly tell it was there.

This product is pretty terrible. The worse use of my dollars in a long time. This thing has practically no suction. Sprays cleaner fine but doesn’t suction it back up. You’ll be left with a layer of wet cleaning fluid on top of your pet stain. I loved the concept of this product but it is poorly executed. No idea how this made it into production with these problems.

We have gone thru Bissel pet cleaning appliances this makes sense. The challenge is finding a reliable source for the cleaning liquid

Purchased this to replace the older model I had. Great at cleaning up quick pet messes and super easy to clean as well. Love the upgrade of the spinning brush.

Waste of money. Don’t buy without purchasing warranty. Lasted only a couple of uses

I dont recommend takes 4 to 5 hours to charge and only last 20 minutes.

Let's be clear, it says Pet on it, you bought it to clean poop out of your carpet. This is not the right tool. To the review 1. Stays charged for 20 minutes, yes but, charges for 4.5 hours. Four and a half hours. Why you might ask? 0.63A charger is why. Nokia 3310 had a 1.0A charger. It's a joke 2. The solution tank is tiny, the machine will spray the entire contents of it in a matter of seconds. 3. It recovers less than a half of what it sprays out. Leaving all that solution/dirt in your carpet. 4. You're supposed to stand it up when taking out the waste tank, if you do this too fast, you will have nasty stink-water all over the counter. 5. The brush doesn't protrude out of its body by more than a millimeter (1/32") which, yeah.. Let's hope whatever you are cleaning isn't deeper than that. 6. It is designed in such a way that when you take the waste tank out, the channel leading up to it has a pool of brown water in it. You're not supposed to tip it so what do you do? That's right. You have to shove your finger inside and wipe it. I gotta say I was really disappointed. It does what it says it does. Just not very good. If you have $25 shopvac and a spray bottle of soapy water, you will get much better results than this. I am giving it 1 star out of 5 but it really deserves 1/10. If it cost $30, then maybe it would be worth it but at $135?! That's a NOPE from me.

Have a couple of puppies that like to use some indoor outdoor carpet we have at our back. Worked for cleaning and farting smell out.
