Our household has 2 cats and a dog….we also have friends and family with various pets that are in and out of our house. Given all of this animal “Traffic” there is the inevitable “mistake” every now and then. Enter the Bissell Pet Stain Eraser. The Bissell Pet Stain Eraser is cordless with the rechargeable Lithium battery and is compact, self contained and feels sturdy. After the initial 4.5 hour charge with the included wall adapter, I was a man with a mission, waiting for the next mishap. Sure enough, the next day my 65lb Pudelpointer woke us up at 4AM throwing up. I sprang into action (yes at 4AM) added solution from one of the 2 included Bissell Pro Oxy Spot & Stain Formula bottles (no mixing required which is an added plus) and once I got up the um..larger portions of the present our dog left us with a paper towel, the rest was a breeze with the Bissell Pet Stain Eraser. Emptying out the Bissell Pet Stain Eraser is also easy and running clean water through it cleans out any remaining residue. We have a larger Bissell rug shampooer / cleaner which is suitable for cleaning whole rooms etc, but with the Bissell Pet Stain Eraser we don’t have to lug out the larger shampooer and just take this out for those unexpected incidents. I would absolutely recommend it!

Do not buy this cleaner easy to use but the clean out is a mess dirty water running out of it I have to take it back for a replacement because it's to late to get my money back

Don’t waste your money. It is very difficult to maneuver it does not suck up any of the liquid unless you have it in a awkward position I plan on returning this tomorrow.

This product is great, especially with a new puppy. Work well.

This is one of the best handheld vacuum for stains.

Worst cleaning device I’ve bought. It wouldn’t even suck up the solution and I returned it.

It seemed like a good idea, since I have grand kids and dogs. It squirted water just fine but, would not suck it back up. I did return it.

These things are MUST with new pets around and carpet/rugs in the house. This combines the best of what I loved about the little green machine, with cordless convenience. One of my biggest gripes about the original little green machines was that they couldn't be stored with water/solution in them. I'm not sure that I've decided if I trust this machine to be stored that way yet or not, but I will say this, the way that the tank connects at least won't lend itself to gravity drippage like the little green machines did, with the waste tank being the bottom of the unit. The solution tank goes in the top but is wholly contained inside the unit. Cordless convenience and the size wegiht is VERY nice. The scrub brush is integrated and positioned right behind the vacuum head. I found myself wishing the brush was just a little firmer and may be replaceable, but it does its job well, it just needs to be cleaned. During house training, we ended up using this thing quite a bit and I appreciated it. Still, some small design cues that could be improved, but this is a vast improvement over what we used to have. I would recommend it.

Bought this to clean up a small stain on a rug- it does OK at removing the stain but leaves most of the cleaner liquid sprayed in the area. I can watch the dirty liquid get stuck in the middle of the chamber because it lacks power to fully suck it to the dirt cup. Battery life is supposed to last 20 mins after an 8 hour charge time which seems absurd.

Suction is non-existent. Did not get smell or stain after incident. Keeps shutting off cause it thinks its getting clogged while vacuuming.

I tried to use it on a couch as directed. However it was unable to suck up any liquid. It ended up causeing more work and damage opposed to cleaning anything. When i looked online to find out what i was doing wrong or if i had a deffective product i found that most people had the same experience. This was relatively expensive and from a popular brand but felt like a cheap knock off i bought off the side of the road.

I got this vacuum primarily because I have carpeted stairs in the house. It’s extremely difficult to try to clean spills using a carpet cleaner that’s not cordless. I have to get the extension cable. The machines are typically larger and take up space on the stairs. This device is perfect for cleaning spots in tight spaces. My first reaction was how light it was. Your arm shouldn’t get tired from using this wireless cleaner. It’s also really quiet. If you need to clean up something at night, you won’t have to worry about waking up the whole house. The Bissell Eraser is easy to fill and empty. Lastly, and probably most important, it cleans really well. I had a few spots on the carpet and this vacuum cleaned them right up. If you’re looking for a portable carpet cleaner, I would recommend checking out the Bissell Eraser.

I returned the item, it didn't concentrate on small stains, it's basically a small version of a large shampooer. I'm sticking with my Bissell Little Green Machine, its the best.

I have 3 cats, 2 of them are kittens, and they make plenty of messes on the light colored carpet in my office. They're not the only guilty ones as i have my own mishaps as well. This Pet Stain Eraser does exactly what I need it to do and it's not just for pet stains! The setup couldn't be easier and they supply you with two bottles of cleaning solution. Just add that, turn the machine on, and let it work its' magic. I had a little bit of cat mess on the carpet and it got it out with only about 30 seconds of work. It even worked on a couple of coffee stains and other little spills. The battery life has been fantastic and it's easy to store any where. Not that I look forward to having more stains, but if I do, I am confident that this little beauty will handle the cleanup with ease!

So I’ve got a Frenchie and for those of you who have a pup who likes when they get too excited you’ll need this! The Pet Stain Eraser is not flawless but it does the job better than my hand and a warm cloth do. A few pointers, try and spot clean with a cloth before shampooing the mess. If you do this you will reach a level of clean that you expect. If you outright just run the machine over a mess you will not be pleased. The battery life is great, cleaning the attachments is easy and storage is amazing. It’s in my laundry room ready for any mess. A couple of downsides are the bin space for the cleaning solution and dirty water is way to small. The suction is not what I expected. I wanted more traction and suction on my rugs. Especially my area rugs. Overall a good product and I’ve used it weekly but the biggest downside is the ratio of solution sprayed to the areas that need to be cleaned.

Very happy with the Bissell pet stain remover. A little smaller than I expected it to be. Easy to operate and the battery seems to last a long time. Works great for not only pet stains (we have two cats & a dog so we see enough of those), but it's also great for cleaning tight areas such as stairs. It is really very simple & easy to use. Keep it's small size in mind. As great as it works, it's capacity is small. You will probably find that you need to add some cleaner everytime you go to use it. Not really a knock against it, just something to keep in mind.

Terrible. Waste of money. Didn't do the job because it has no power.
