It doesnot work well. I bought it and had to return back as it didnt clean carpets well.

The Bissel Pet Stain Eraser Cordless Portable Carpet Cleaner is the first portable carpet cleaner I’ve tried, and I have to day I am impressed. I opted for this model for one main reason. I have two rugrats that seem to believe my wife’s car is their personal garbage bin. That of course is a story for another time. But with that said, the carpet in her SUV is suffering and I wanted an option to clean it. For starters, this carpet cleaner gets into the harder to reach spaces that a larger cleaner would not be able to handle. You can get portable hand vacs that really vacuum well, but unless you get a professional to clean your car with the appropriate attachments, there are not really many options. This cleaner is a good option to be that cleaner when you need more than a vacuum and less than a professional cleaning job. It really goes deep and cleans dried on imbedded stains. The formula it uses is a no mix product. I thought that was odd, because usually when one uses a carpet cleaner you have to fill mix it with water to thin out the concentrate. This is not like that, you just pour it in and get to work. The battery says it lasts about 20 minutes, and I think that depends of how hard you put it to work. I think that is a pretty accurate number though, I did the whole car with multiple refills before it died. That was pretty decent and just what I needed it to do. Afterwards, the cleaner is very easy to clean. Everything comes apart easily and afterwards the seals are still tight and it did not leak. The cleaner never overheated and even the brushes are easy to remove, clean and replace. For what I need this for, and how it performs, I have no complaints. In fact I am really happy with how well it works and I think it has a lot of bang for your buck. Definitely a great option for small spot cleaning or more detailed cleaning areas like that of a vehicle. I would definitely buy again if I was on the market for another portable cleaner, and I recommend it to anyone that has a pet or rugrats like me.

Bissell’s new Pet Stain Eraser cordless cleaner is in my opinion, Very disappointing, The first thing you will notice when you take it out of the box is how heavy it is, for a portable cleaner it sure is heavy, it will definitely tire out your arms. For every step forward this device takes forward, it takes 2 back, some of the pros about this power brush is that it looks heavy duty, it’s well constructed, it uses premium parts like the plastics and the rotating brush. The battery also seems like it’s very capable, according to Bissell it will last 20 minutes on a single charge. Some of the cons are that like stated before it is heavy, and it didn’t do a very good job at spot cleaning either my sofa or a carpet. The biggest problem I see is that the suction it uses to suck up the liquid, just isn’t very powerful, you’re better off using the spot cleaner solution, A brush to scrub, and then a rag to dry it up, you would save a lot of money and it would be faster and easier than using this device. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Summary: An overall great product if you have any cleaning needs in odd spaces such as couches, beds, stairs and more! Pros: Great for small jobs anywhere Cool design Easy to use Good number of attachments Wireless Easy to clean Cons: A bottle of solution runs out quickly Relatively short battery life Unboxing: The unit has very little assembly. In short, you will install the solution basin, the dirty water container, battery and any attachments you wish to use on the brush. Charging takes a fews hours for a full charge but this is a non issue for most people as they will not use it continuously. Use: I used it on some old pet stains on a mattress. I previously tried removing them with a more traditional cleaner but it ended up causing issues on the fabric. When trying the Bissell pet stain eraser, I was very impressed with how gentle it was on the fabric. Even more impressive is that you do not need to fumble with any water / solution mixtures. Simply put in a bottle of solution and you are gtg for your job. I found a single bottle is good for a single job give or take so I recommend being a bit stingy with the trigger so as not to waste solution. Cleaning was very easy with all parts easy to remove and the instructions make it clear which parts you should run water through when you finish a job. It is a great addition to any cleaning products you might own. I would not rely on it as my only carpet cleaning option though as one might go through the solution too quickly and it is only good for small areas. If you have special spots you needs to address that other equipment can not reach, this is for you.

Doesn't work after using one time. Was too late to return to store. Bissell won't take the piece of crap back. Don't waist your money on this!!!!

Did not love it, really uncomfortable and hard to use.

I fully charge it. I started cleaning my carpet steps, only lasted 3 steps and die. It took me hours to clean my stairs. I do not recomend for a big space. If you want it for tiny spots its ok. And the smell still there even though i tried many times.

Only for little spot cleanings, like a 1 foot by 1 foot spot max. Doesn't really do a good job at all. I was disappointed, not recommended.

The Bissell Power Brush Plus cordless portable carpet cleaner is a true must-have if you are a pet owner! I have an aging male cat that sheds hair on a regular basis, which keeps me constantly vacuuming and cleaning. This cleaner has been awesome in so much that it quickly cleans fast as there are times my cat's paws track my carpet with dirt. Seemingly, the formula deep cleans and leaves my carpet with a fresh smell. Also, I vacuumed my car out with this portable vacuum and it did a decent job of removing small particles from my car. Bissell states that the maximum time is 20 minutes; however, I was able to vacuum my car within 10 minutes as my car stays pretty clean. Overall, I am quite pleased with this portable brush vacuum as it has simplified my life in dual ways. I do recommend this product if you are a pet owner and/or car owner who need quick but robust cleaning results!

DON'T BUY!!! This doesn't clean as advertised. Bought as a gift and the return window ended before the gift was given and used (2 Weeks). Beware!!!!!

This lightweight, easy to use device actually performed a deep clean of the cat barf on an upholstered chair and did so very quickly. We don't let any pets into the carpeted areas of the house and the grand kids haven't created any carpet stains yet, either, so I may have to try it out at the grand kids house to see how well it works on carpet. Using this device is really simple: add cleaner (if needed), use trigger to spray cleaner on stain, then turn on device and apply to stain while using a back and forth motion from each direction to clean. The device automatically vacuums up the soiled moisture, so it will need to be emptied when full. Highly recommended.

The shampooer is okay on floors but almost impossible to use on furniture.
