Been using this for a month now. The battery, charges slow, but the unit runs the whole time without issue to pick up the stain. I have never ran down the battery on a stain. You have a reservoir that collects the stain and then you empty that. The brush is optional and I appreciate that it can be switched off. This works a lot better than a can of spot remover and a brush because this vacuums up the extra cleaner so that doesn't stain the floor deeper.

Finally! A cordless pet stain remover that WORKS and WORKS WELL!! This Bissel not only has excellent agitation capabilities, but holds the right amount of solution and can clean a pretty good size area with one bottle. The battery life is excellent, and lasts for an entire house of spot cleanups (a norm in a house with a puppy or a small dog who still has accidents, not to mention the messes that the kids make!). It comes with two bottles of solution to get you started but the price isn't bad for replacement solution. We've used several other spot cleaners and canister steamers from "the other guys" and they all failed or leaked within the first 3-6 months. This one is made extremely well, but also has the right components to avoid failure, including no hose or canister separation like some others. All in all, this is THE spot cleaner I will recommend from now on.

I have no complaints about this. It was super easy to set up and use. Cleaned like a champ. It did take a little bit to charge, but for what it did, I'm impressed. The dirty water tank is easy to get to and easy to clean out.

I'm a cat owner who routinely has to clean up messes on light colored carpet. I have an upright carpet cleaner, but it's a pain to setup, and it doesn't have a hose attachment for upholstery. I picked up this unit to supplement my upright because I thought that it would be good for quick cleaning jobs and for deep cleaning my couch and mattress. After using it for a few weeks, my general impression of it is . . . "meh." The cordless portability is great, the build quality feels solid and well constructed, the battery life is fantastic, and the suction is pretty good. But the brush action is pretty terrible, and the spray is tricky to aim and necessitates lifting the unit up and angling it at the spot (versus just spraying as it's in operation). Honestly? This works about as well as a spray bottle of carpet cleaner and a wet-dry hand-vac. It wasn't the miracle stain lifting machine that I'd been hoping for. I blame the lack of brush action and the oddly angled sprayer for that. The brush assembly is just too far recessed to do any real good. The machine gets brownie points for being a compact solution for cleaning up messes, but it's not that impressive. I recommend it only because it's a more compact and efficient solution than having a separate spray bottle and a great big wet-dry vac.

I would only recommend this device for small spots that have just happened. It does not produce enough of a liquid on dried spots to effectively clean. The device only allows you to put the cleaning solution in and does not recommend adding water so it also uses a lot of solution. The normal bissels like the like green (which is portable) works so much better. Again, I would only use this machine for when you witnessed the accident and you can immediately use this machine while the accident is still wet.

I have to say this little battery powered Bissell mini carpet cleaner is far more powerful than I thought it could! I used it on a stain that my large full-size carpet cleaner couldn’t get out and was set in from 4 years ago, it got the stain out and made the rest of the carpet look so dingy!! I also used it to get stains out of the upholstery in my car seats. I was very surprised in how well this little powerhouse works! It most certainly exceeded my expectations.

I love love love this carpet cleaner. It works amazing! My son spilled tomato soup on the carpet, it got every spot up! It's super easy to clean and fill. It's small and light. The only con is that you have to buy special "portable" cleaner, but that is a small price to pay for how great it works!

worked good for awhile then it started to expel the waste water from the back of the cleaner. What a mess. after awhile later the machine stopped working. I purchased this item at Kohls a few years ago and I expected to last alot longer. I was wrong. Don't waste your money on this

I got this as gift and loved it. I was fostering some rescues so it was a big help while house training them. Sadly this thing didn't last. The sprayer stopped working after 7-8 months, and no cleaning or troubleshooting helped. Next, the brush stopped working after another 2 months so only the vacuum portion works. I'd avoid getting this until they can fix some of the flaws with it.

We love this little yet powerful machine. We have a cat and very plush carpet, need I say more. This cleaner works miracles!
