If I have any complaints it is a little bit heavy and the opening for filling with water is a little bit awkward. Neither of these would keep me from recommending this steamer. I love the scrub brush feature for grout and tough spots. The removable hand steamer is also a major bonus!

Steam Mop

Just happened to be near a Best Buy store. I checked their website and this Bissell Pet Steam Mop was the deal of the day! Went in and was helped immediately! It is a great mop and lifted the grime that I needed it to lift. Great mop!
