adequate steam mop

The mop temperature got up to a touchable temperature. It picked up the mess off the floor but don't sanitize at all. This is not my first steam mop. With every purchase i keep hoping i will find the right one that will both clean and sanitize.

worthless steam mop

Then it broke after three weeks. By that time Best Buy would not give me a refund because it was past their 15 day refund policy. Bissell told me to cut the cord and mail it back to them. Then they would send me a new machine. I don't want a new machine. I want my money back but they said I could only exchange it for a new machine.

I really wanted to like this steam mop but I can't

Fast forward 2 months and I wish I can return it and get my money back. After using it for a few minutes, it wets my floor really bad and it takes a while to dry. The steam just wets the clothe heavily and the steam mop becomes a regular mop. At that point I don't see the steam and because the clothe is so wet I'm not sure its actually "disinfecting"
