Reviewed several steam mops before purchasing. This one was highly recommended. It's simple and does a good job.

amazing job seen a big diffrence on my hardware floors and on my tiles

After my old Shark steamvac broke for the second time (my husband was able to take it apart and repair it the first time), I had no choice but to buy a new steamer. Since I was not impressed with what Shark's newer steamers, I did some research and decided to go with this one. Only con so far is that it comes with only two pads; however, more can be purchased separately.

This product does a good job steaming the floors. However, I would not say it brings out the shine of the floors.

This mop works very well. I feel it doesn't get as hot as other steam mops, but does a great job for the price!

Finally, I have found a mop that actually gets the floor clean! It heats up fast and cleans without the use of cleaning products. I was worried about the cost of distilled water, but it only uses about a cup for each use. The only problem is with the cleaning pads. Even after pre-treating and soaking with vinegar, they did not come clean. I think I will have to replace them often, which may get expensive. Also, the replacement pads recommended on Best Buy's website do not fit.

I am so happy with this model. I replaced an older model, different manufacturer canister type. This is so much easier to use. Quick & easy to use. Fantastic cleaning! Easy to stow away after use, doesn't take up much room.
