I made this purchase based on the reviews of others, now I hope you do the same! This is the purchase of my second floor steamer as my first one stopped working (another brand, of course). This is the best steamer I have ever owned!

This is a great steam mop. It does the job and it is so easy use.

I love the fact that the cloth heads are machine washable abd have the scent pad pocket. So not only is the cleaning of the floor easy, the maintenance is too. Love it!

This steam mop works well, I haven't had any problems yet.

Our home has stamped cement floors throughout. The floors are not even as they were done many years ago and not by the most skilled of artisans. This mop has made a big difference in the ability to clean the hills and valleys of the stamped area and to clean up the water residue that I used to have to do by hand.

I was doubtful but super easy to use, works great, much cheaper than buying mops and refills etc.

It got the job done. I was able to all my floors very quickly.

I purchased this Bissell Steam Mop based on all the great reviews I read. I love that it only uses water. Water heats quickly and starts steaming within seconds. A great purchase for our cleaning needs.
