Excellent steam mop. Read the reviews of all the steam mops and this one had the best overall reviews. I have used it several times on my hardwood floors in the kitchen and hallway and the tile floors in the entry way. Could not believe the dirt that came off the floors and the floors had been mopped weekly with hardwood floor cleaner and tile cleaner. Easy to add water with the removal water holding tank. I used distilled water in the steam mop to reduce the effect of hard water. Would definitely recommend this steam mop to anyone considering a steam mop.

Easy to use, heats up fast, easy storage, cleans great.

As I said before, very easy to maneuver and light to work with it, specially if the person suffer join pain can use it very fast with out feel discomfort on hands or legs.

No problems and have been using for almost a year...really cleans hardwoods great.

I have a whole house of tile and this unit heat up quickly and with the four pads I can easily change them out and keep going and get all the floors clean really fast. It gets them really clean. NO More residue from the other cleaners and dries fast too.

The Bissell PowerFresh steam mop is easy to use and produces great results. It was no problem to assemble and use immediately upon taking it out of the box. Works great on wood floors and ceramic tile. Much faster and easier than using mop and bucket. The only improvement to suggest would be a longer power cord.

Bought this to replace an older model. This one does a miuch better job. Very good steam and useful brush.

For the price and for getting a floor clean it does a good job. Just wish they provided an attachment for the narrower places. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Wow what can I say? for 8 years we have been trying to get our marble floors to shine This product works!

This is my second steam mop and it is far better than my first. It produces more steam and seems to clean faster and easier. The only negative feature is the cleaning pads do not seem to fit tight enough. The pads have elastic for fitting whereas Velcro would have resulted in a tighter fit.

This mop makes old mops look ridiculous. It is easy to use and cuts cleaning time by more than half.

Works great, leaves my floors super clean! Everyone who doesn't have carpet NEEDS this product.

Like this product. It cleans very well without leaving any water marks. Easy to use and glide. However....would be better if it was lighter.
