Very easy to set up and to use. I use it on my hard wood floors and it works great. Eliminates the whole mop/bucket mess. The washable/re-useable pads are a plus.

Bought this steam mop about two months ago and it has worked great. Like that you can remove the water bottle and fill up at the sink. Cleans great and is easy to use.

I wasn't sure if this was the right steam mop to buy considering there are so many out there but I have to say it works great! I use it for my hardwood floors as well as ceramic tile and have no problems with it at all.

We have tiled floors with a lot of foot traffic and puppy traffic. Cleans really well and great smell of the fragrance disc that are included. It's worth the money.

I have tried the H2O mop and a SHark, neither were doing what I wanted. So far this one feels the best and most solid. It has a bigger head than the H2O and doesn't have the silly pump action the Shark requires.

This product is awesome! There is no water left on the floor, and it dries very quickly. (Practically instantly) I tried out the carpet glider and was very impressed. What a difference in my carpet! For the money this is definitely the best steam mop out there. The only negative thing is that it does not clean perfectly on a textured surface, but this is common for all steam mops. The scrubber thing on it helps quite a bit, and it does clean the textured surface well enough, just not as perfectly as I would like..

We bought this to use on bamboo hardwood floors even though they say not to use a wet mop on them. This was a great choice because of the different levels of steam. So we can use the medium or lowest steam setting and it doesn't create a ton of steam.

This was simple to set up and use. The steam cleaned the ceramic tile floors without leaving any sticky residue.

This steam mop is light. It glides over the floor. Heats up quickly. Removes the dirt leaving the floor feeling clean. Easy to clean up.

My wife and I were looking for a steamer and this one works perfectly for us. It's lightweight and does a great job. Our tile floors look new again.

This steam mop performs great on both hardwood and tile surfaces. The reservoir hold enough distiller water to clean approximately 1000 square feet. The cloth mop head covers have held up to several uses and normal cycle washes.

I had a Hoover before and this one really cleans much better - I have mostly tile and it got the grime out of some of the areas of the tile that would have needed individual scrubbing. Grout - it doesn't help much

Item works great on hard wood floors. It's light weight and durable. The three levels of steam makes it great for heavy jobs

The bissell steam mop outperforms our two previous steam mops by far. It's very easy to use and does a great job.

This is my first steam mop. I was hesitant to purchase this type of product due to the hassle of carpet cleaners and the like. After some extensive research I found this to be the simplest form of a steam mop available. No chemicals and no after cleanup of the mop required except for the pad. Just add distilled water and go. It will clean a medium sized tile floor with on a single fill on the highest steam level. Very compact, lightweight and plenty of cord reach. Only negative is the spring loaded rear brush has broken due to a spring malfunction. I use this monthly to get an extra deep clean on top of the regular mopping and vacuuming.

This is the first steam mop I've ever used so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems like a good solution for my ceramic tiled floors. Using a regular mop, I never felt like my kitchen floors were very clean. Every time I wiped the floor (if there was a water spill, for example) the paper towel would be almost black. The first time I used the steam mop, the microfiber pad was filthy so it definitely picked up a lot of dirt and grime. I even used the steam mop on the hardwood floor in my entryway to clean up all the dirt that comes inside in the winter when the snow is melting. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This steam mop works great, it can be a little hard to move back and forth at times depending on the surface that is being cleaned. Is safe on hardwood floors though.
