Replaced at no charge using service plan purchased with original steam mop at Best Buy. I do like the mop and was surprised it stopped working at about 10 months of age. Replacement process went smoothly.

I have only used this one time, but it did a great job. I mopped the floor first and it got a lot of grime up after the mopping. Didn't leave streaking like my mop did.

I only had the steam mop for a couple of weeks. We have hardwoods but they need to be refinished, so we put down laminate. I use the steam mop a couple of times and it did a good job of getting the floors clean. I have 3 teenagers and 2 dogs, so my floors need all the help they can get. I would recommend this for anyone that has hardwoods. I was afraid to use it on my laminate floors.

My mop didn't seem to be cutting it anymore and the Swiffer, while nice for quick jobs, wasn't enough to cut through pet grime and hairspray buildup. The steam mop was easy to set-up and use. I saw the difference in heavily used areas right away. Cuts through buildup and easily loosened heel marks on my wood that had been there way too long. Happy with product to date and would recommend.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. It does a great job with no smell like the Swiffer she used to use.

Great steam cleaner, I love being able to select the amount of steam needed to clean. The steam cleaner heats quickly.

This is a very good, reliable Steam Cleaner! I have purchased 2 "Sharks" and they both stopped working. I also purchased the warranty along with this steam cleaner and am very happy!!!

My tile floors has never looked cleaner and no chemical used. It is light weight steams very well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the price.

This does a good job cleaning. It heats up pretty quickly also. The dispenser is a little tuff to get out.

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. I do wonder if the generic mop heads seen on Ebay will be as convenient to use or work as well. Replacement steam mop heads are expensive and you may need more than what is supplied just for one cleaning if you have a lot of hardwood floors like me. One of the two pads has a rougher surface which is great on tile, but I would not use on the hardwoods. I do believe in the quality of Bissell as I have had other products in the past which have had long-life. This is my first steam mop and I really like it so far. It seems sturdy and besides the electronic steam settings, it seems there is little which can go wrong with it.

Love this mop. Works great. I thought my floor was already clean...I used this steam mop & couldn't believe how much dirt came up. My floor looks great. Just be careful if using it on peel & stick tiles it will lift them on the medium & high settings. That's how much steam this mop has!

Reccommended to my friends because it cleans well and is easy to use. Do not add anything to the water!!

This floor steamer works great on my tile floors, but don't expect miracles on deep cleaning stained grout! I vacuum the particles of dirt and dust, then run over the tile floor with the steam mop. The tile comes out very nice!

I have been using the other brand that spray and mop. But I want something that can save me some money and not buy refills anymore. Works great if you have tile flooring.

Got this mop after my prior mop (different brand) called it quits. Was amazed at the high quality and effectiveness of this mop. Really worth the consideration of buyers.

I purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop because it was the most highly rated steam mop on amazon, and is priced fairly. The product has met my expectations. Fill the container with water, plug it in, and after a couple of seconds you're good to go. It has performed equally as well on both hardwood floors and ceramic tile.
