I got this mop because my other one died. I like the variety of steam choices and the full coverage of the mop head cover. It has a tendency to stiick a little when mopping which causes you to push a little harder. Other than this, it works pretty well and leaves you with a clean floor.

I love the mop. I wish it held more water, but other than that it gets the job done. It was a great purchase at a decent price. I'm so glad I invested in this product. It takes the stress off my back of having to bend over and scrub.

Bought this for my wife and after the first use she felt it was a good investment.

This is my first steamer and it works great. Heats up fast and makes my floors spotless. The scrubber attachment doesn't work that great...cleans just as well without it. I have not used the scent pads that come with the steamer. Wish there was an additional attachment to clean small spaces/corners.

Pads are hard to get clean. Sometimes they push debris in a corner when you stop and back up.

Good product ... Easy to use ... Detachable Water Tank ... Steam is directed downward to clean floor as expected. Another major competitor (predatory fish) directs steam both downward and Upward ? which defies all logic) ....

Steaming really helps the dirt to come off. Great product!

I purchased for use on tile floors in my kithen and bathrooms, and it performed as well as I had hoped. It even steaamed out some stubborn stains and spots that I had thought would be there forever.

We bought the Bissell floor steam cleaner primarily for our tile floor. We were amazed at how well it cleaned. It removed not only surface dirt but dried on stains. We also like the feature the water bottle can be easy removed, filled and placed back on the steamer.

I like how clean the floors feel after use. My one complaint: The pads don’t come clean after bleaching and washing.

The glue residue left by the flooring guy (whom I fired) came off well with the Bissell. I do not like the way the pad remains dirty looking after cleaning in washer. Easy to use. I bought a dry floor mop to do inbetween due to it takes some time to use the Bissell. Would like it if the Bissell made a disposable pad as well. Reviews were all great and accurate!

I bought this Bissell Steam Cleaner when I moved into a new home to clean all the tile flooring. The first time I used it, I realized that the grout was actually a different color than I thought. It does a fantastic job of cleaning tile flooring.

I have had multiple brands of Floor Steam Cleaners and this one works the best out of all of them- so far. I have had it for about a month. I do wish these came with more cleaning pads though. Great product!
