We have wood floors. We sweep them daily but even with a mop you're just moving wet mud around the floor. This steam mop is the answer. We use it once a week for a deep clean and it has really reduced the dirt in the house and the kid's laundry.

Works well on tiled floor. For the price there is nothing out there better.

This floor cleaner is wonderful. I always thought I was getting my floor clean, but in using this for the 1st time, I was amazed at how clean the floor not only looked but felt as well.

Better than my other steam mops I have bought. My shark broke off.. and had a Hoover but it hurts my hand everytime I use it because u have to press down a button on the handle the whole time u mopping... so far no problems with this one just a little annoying noise that's it!

I love my Bissell steam mop - easy to use and easy to clean up. The hot steam kills the germs and brightens my tile floors. When I'm done all you need to do is throw the dirty mop pads in the washing machine.

We have dogs and it helps to keep the areas where they lay clean

This is a great steam mop, it really gets the job done and with the two changeable covers you have 2'options. It gets the floor as wet as you'd like with 3 options of steam .

Bought this steam mop to clean all the tile floors in my house. I was skeptical at first, but it didn't take long to see how well it cleans.

Works well once you get the proper amount of steam going. But using it is a pain. Cleaning it afterwards is kind of disgusting. Instruction says to throw the cloths in the washer. Yuck! After using it, the cloths turns black. There's no way I would throw it in the washer.

Forget old school Mopping this little guy does the job! The filth it picks up is nuts. Do get several extra cleaning mop heads as you’ll need to change it during a bigger job

We had tried 2 other brands and were disappointed with both of them. This Bissell steam mop beats the others hands down. We love it.

I can' t say enough about this steamer. It is great.

I've been using the Shark for the last couple of years and started getting sick of it. It seemed to wet the floor but not clean it. I use a Bissell steamer for our carpets and really like that, so I figured I'd try this. No regrets whatsoever in doing so. Heats the water really well, to the point the floor is warm post steam. I like the ability to add the scent disks for areas where you'd like a "little something extra." The unit is light and very easy to use and the two mop heads is a plus. The regular works for most situations and the scrubber for areas with some crusted on spills from the kids.

This steam mop has changed the way I clean! I can do my entire house (3/2; all wood laminate floors except bathrooms) in 30 minutes or less! I love that it doesn't use harmful products - just water. It does come with an air freshener disk that fits right into the mop pad and it isn't overwhelming but adds a nice "just cleaned" smell to the room. It's incredible how fast it works and it does a great job! What's also great is you can easily clean the pads - just throw them in the washer and voila! Ready to go again. My mom came to visit us in our new home and loved it so much she bought one for her house after trying it out and seeing what a great job it did on my floors! We're big fans! Bravo Bissell! (the only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the cord is rather long and gets in the way-would be great to have cordless - only comment).
