Bought this vacuum, and it lasted 2 Years before the motor died. I called up Bissell Customer Service, and after a few minutes of troubleshooting they declared my vacuum dead. Good news is that they shipped me a brand new unit just like this one because it was still under warranty. Bissell's Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!

It is compact and wonderfully around corners and under spaces like underneath the couch or cabinetry. The hose attachment is somewhat tight and does not stretch well but that may change with more use. I love the roller brush is made of rubber because it grabs pet hair very well.

Best vacuum I've ever owned and recommend to others

Over the years have tried numerous vacuum cleaners. I really like this Bissell, especially if you have pets. The only drawback I have found is that it is a little on the heavy side. That said, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to other pet owners.

This vacuum is quite powerful and picks up dirt effectively. However, the dirt receptical has two ridges on the inside, looks like for sturdiness, that that tend to trap everything and I have to stick my hand in there and pull out about half of what is collected.

I like that it swivels. Good vacuum. Only thing that I don't like is that the Pet TurboEraser attachment stops spinning when you apply it to the furniture. So it doesn't pick up the dog hair very well.

I did some research before buying a vacuum and this one had great reviews so I bought and I am very happy with my purchase. it does what it says and the design look awesome. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Compact design decreases vacuum weight. Smaller than our prior vacuum, but easier/quicker to maneuver and so finishes the job in the same amount of time or less despite less width. Bissell donated $10 online to pets due to the registered purchase.

used 3-4 different (under $100) vacuums in last 5 years, had to return 2 of them. Looks like this has all the features I was looking for. Nice product. If possible, test it in the store, I'm sure you will like it.

First day I used this it had great suction but the plastic piece on the base that allows it to swivel broke right away

I purchased this Bissell Sweeper as a gift for my son. He is always complaing about dog hair every where, so I thought this was the perfect chose. It had many good reviews and also many great features to make my decision an easy one. .

Bee great for me. Little odd when you see house all the peices work together but picks up good and does great for me. No complaints here. Plus who doesn't like red black and a honeycomb pattern

I love this vacuum cleaner for the price includes everything I need to vacuum both carpet and hardwood floor. My roommate has a cat and this vacuum removes all the hairs the cat leaves, so it serves its purpose.

This worked wonders! So much dust that it sucked up from the carpet that was not being sucked up with our old vacuum. Definitely dust free carpet now, that's for sure. I would recommend it to everyone!

needs height adjustment; power hand rotary brush does not work good just need a simple nylon brush; needs more places for attachments

I love this vacuum and it works great on our carpet. We have a dog that sheds a lot. If you need something that has great suction,than this is the vacuum for you.
