I bought this product even though i don't have any pets. It works really good on carpet and I see complete difference after I use this vacuum cleaner

I went into Best Buy intent picking up a specific vacuum cleaner. I was directed to anther model, less X pensive and more re functionality. It works awesome!

Despite the less expensive feel of the vacuum it certainly does the job. Really like how close it gets to the edge of the baseboards to clean.

This vacuum sucks... so it's awesome!! Minus one star because the only thing that makes this a "pet" vacuum is the attachment (that works okay)

Great value here. Very effective. I like how it has rubber siding on the base of the vacuum so it won't damage the wall if you hit it. Excellent price. Highly recommend.

Great for pet hair and only loses suction if the filters are clogged...so a quick clean and the vacuum performs like new. I have experiencedoing this with any brand of vacuum

I'd definitely recommend this vacuum if you own dogs or any hairy pets. We have two dogs, one husky and a pitbull. This beauty picks up their hairs like a champ.

Love this vacuum. Easy to empty canister and small head gets under the couches, beds, and dressers with ease. Was a good buy

Bought for my girlfriend and we have put it through all the tests and it has held up great and does its job well.

I've bought 2 Bissell vacuums in the last 2 yrs 1 Powergroom and the other power force and each broke down in less than a year!! the belt broke in one because a part got rusted! and the other sounds weired doesnt clean and got smoke last time used it!! and am not surprised at all that Bissell doesnt cover these issues in its warranty Zero quality definitely! don't waste your money on this brand

Only problem I’ve found is they without proper cleaning the product will start to smell like animals.

Doesn't get the corners the way I'd like but very good otherwise. Will need to use hose to get corners and cracks or side of things.

I was looking for a vaccuum that had power and could do he basic job of cleaning the house as well as it being easy to clean. This vacuum is it.

This is a good midrange option as the Dysons are a much higher price point. The movement is smooth and easy not to heavy and it pivots nicely.

Powereful enough to pick up animal hair without having to pay Kirby price.

We have 3 dogs and it does a good job at picking up the hair. I just wish it had a cord holder while vacuuming.

Works great but I wish I would of bought a vacuum that can go under the bed and other furniture

works good if you have multiple floors in the house. I like it how you can turn on/off the roller according to your floor needs.

it works great. Has a lot of suction but on some carpets hard to push.
