The vacuum works good except that you have to constantly clear the airways.

I have 2 dogs that shed. We saw this product on TV. We researched and decided to purchase. So glad we did. It actually works as it's advertised to work. We are pleased with our selection. And found the best price at Best Buy.

I absolutely love this vacuum. It's strong and easy to maneuver. I like that it swivels for those hard to reach places that you need to curve the vacuum into. I also like that you can detach it and work on the stairs without having to lug the whole vacuum. And it picks up hair very efficiently. I live with 4 girls who shed a lot of hair so this feature is absolutely a plus.

My only complaint is the handheld form is still a little heavy to vacuum the stairs. but it is very versatile and fits all my needs, from my upstairs carpet, to my stairs, to my couch. I can't say I notice it work better for pets than other vacuums but still very worthwhile

Love my new Bissell. Picks up dog hair great and easy to use.

Needed something that would capture the pet hair we have in our house. The item came with two filters and works great on our floors.

Family household with 3 cats and two dogs. Third Bissell vacuum, last two vacuums lasted well over 10 years each but some of the items wear over time and they simply don't make the replacement parts anymore. Stronger lighter and more maneuverable than the previous generation model. We love the lift off feature for all our staircases.

Easy to use and picks up all the pet hair and litter.

This vacuum is AMAZING it picks up literally everything. Doesn’t miss a speck of dirt, that can be seen within the tank once emptied. Even better, with Best Buy they gave me a price match when I seen it cheaper online;) It’s definitely a home essential, and wonderful item for a house warming gift!

The unit is well built and does exactly what we need. 2 dogs shed a lot and this does a fantastic job of vacuuming the fur. Only issue is the need to turn on off the brush when going from carpet to wood floor.

Love it! Be sure to purchase warranty just in case. Bought my last vacuum and roller stopped working and took it to Best Buy to utilize the warranty and was able to get this one and only pay the difference. Great Buy

In all honesty this vacuum had everything I needed since I have pets. But unfortunately I'm going to return it since it's really heavy and difficult to move around with it since it's heavy for me.

I LOVE this vacuum. I live in an apartment where the carpet is horrible add in the cat liter that gets kicked out of the box, and my old vacuum just couldn't handle the work, This one is great! I can definitely see and feel the difference.

Great vacuum. A bit heavy but otherwise a great devise. Only thing I would recommend would be a longer vacuum tube. Seems a bit short when using it for stairs etc.

had done some comparisons on the pet hair vacuums to find the best. I am glad I chose this because it does an excellent job at picking up the dog hair from every surface. love the extra attachments also!!

This product has been a plus for me. It really picks up my Bassett beagle’s hair. Is it perfect, no. But it has been a winner in my house.
