It doesn't seem to be very powerful at getting stains out. My dog had an accident and I had to go over it several times to get the yellow out if the carpet. I could essentially have gotten the stain out by hand.

Gross hairballs left behind, leaky

I vacuumed before use, but there is always a little hair somewhere when you have pets, and you would think a product that markets itself for cleaning up after pets wouldn't leave behind more hairballs than my cat does. For $250, this vacuum that only balls up the pet hair and leaves it about your floor (GROSS) is not worth the $$$. Some hair also gets visibly trapped at the front of the vacuum and is impossible to get out. Attachments are garbage and leak all over, even after close read of instructions. Disappointed, what a waste of time and money. Difficult to clean vacuum itself, and it isnt powerful.
