this cleaner does a great job. it is very easy to use.

I purchased mine. I only used it twice. The first use was okay. It worked well and I was satisfied. The second time, the brushes stopped working while I was using it. When I removed the cover of the brushes, I found that the rubber belt that rotates the brushes was cut that happened while I was operating it. I realized that the rubber belt was really thin, unlike other vacuums or machines. Even if it they replace the belt or repair it, the belt can be disconnected again in the future because like I said it is very thin. It is a deep cleaning machine so I think the rubber belt should be thicker than a regular vacuum. It is intended for heavy use. It is really frustrating when it happened. I left most part of my carpet undone because it stopped working in the middle.

Vacuum works great. Needs a little more power. However, it get the job done.

After looking at multiple reviews I chose this product. My dog tends to miss his peematt inside and this seemed like it was the most up to date product. Ended up returning two back because the trigger that shoots the liquid out did not work... ended up going with an equivalent product from Hoover which I've had no issues with.

I didn't like it because it doesn't absorb the water he leaves the carpet really dump and it doesn't clean as well

I need to get it fixed or replacedi was asking how to remedy the situation to get me a working cleaner the bb rep hung up on me so im stuck with a half working cleaner

Assembly ----------- It is very easy to put together and the instructions that came with it, i did not even have to use it, i just looked at the parts and i had to use a Philips screwdriver and assembled with ease Whats in the Box -------------------- 1. The Solutions (good scent!!) a pet urine eliminator and anti bacterial carpet cleaner 2. uphoisery cleaner 3. The BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner Usage ------- it has 2 modes, express clean mode and a deep clean mode. Express clean mode is supposed to be used when you want your carper to dry faster. it actually dries out in the 1 hr timeframe as they are advertising. The deep clean mode is when you want to put in more water and soap. this is kind of cleaning i would do may be once i 6 months? i usually will use an express clean because i do not want to have a soaked carpet for a few hours and when i need to have foot traffic within a few hours... it also has a cleanshot pre-treater which you can activate by pushing using your foot. it is helpful when you want to treat stain spots on the carpet which is usually the case.... Once i used express cleaned and cleaned one of the room, i was amazed at the amount of dirt the water contained.. i made sure that i vaccumed the room prior to washing it with this steam washer. I do not have any pets so i cannot compare against the regular proheat steam washer I also had a Hoover carpet cleaner but i think this carpet cleaner performs better in terms of both suction, features and cleaning ability. the cost is almost same as STANLEY STEAMERS and i think since you can re-use this cleaner, it is a must buy if you have carpet in your house. I wish they had something which i can use on the tile so that i do not need to buy a separate steam mop

The attachments seem to get stains out really well.

Good product for big areas. Attachments dont spray water very well.

Great soundbar for the price,would highly recommend.
