It stopped spraying after the first use, yes I reset it, yes I did all the suggested maintenance, i was cleaning in between use.

I am happy with our new carpet cleaner. I recommend it for the price.

Seems to do a good job, The heat function is nice to keep the water hot.

I would give 0 stars but the minimum is 1 star. I've used this units only 1 time. 2nd time I tried to use it there was water spraying out of it. Called support and they couldn't help me. As it's been more than 30 days since I bought it there is nothing they or best buy can do. So I will now have to take it to a shop and spend money to fix. Very expensive for 1 time use only. First and last BISSELL product I ever bought.

Sucks up a lot of hair the vacuum doesn’t, annoying to clean, and doesn’t have a strong suction. I usually have to push it down with my foot to get to suck up even a majority of the water.

definitely worth the money gets the dirt and pet hair out.

Product did not work. There was something wrong with the motor and we returned it to the store. They did not have any others to replace it.

Spray some pet cleaner on the carpet and run over the spot with a $50 Walmart vacuum and you’ll get the same effect. It doesn’t vacuum well enough to pick up debris and it doesn’t steam or wet clean enough to actually do deep shampoo cleaning. In any case, it doesn’t warrant its price. Unbelievable. My carpet smells worse now than it did before I used this on my pet stains. It seems to have just moistened the dog poop and urine and dragged it around the room.

Worked great for about 6 months, then the sprayer pump failed. Looked online and found out this is a very common occurence.

This is with ALL carpet cleaners. Just get hardwood floor. This thing does not suck up ANY water. This thing just sprays, and when it does suck up water, it's a TINY bit. You have to have a fan dry the carpets for 3 days straight. A big waste of cash.

I read so many reviews to ensure I made the right purchase…but this one was a BUST! The machine is nice in size and asthmatics. The one shot treatment feature was something I liked on my old bissell. This will have been my THIRD. The last two died in less than two years so I really didn’t want another Bissell - when you spend so much, it should last longer. I have in because the reviews were so favorable. Unfortunately, the machine poured water from the seam in the plastic below the solution/water tank the ENTIRE time I was cleaning my carpet. I literally had to hold a towel on the machine with one hand and try to finish cleaning my carpet with the other. I ended up only getting a 3x3 for section done and lost a whole gallon of mixed solution because the machine was returned! I replaced it with a much cheaper Hoover and I LOVE it! Not only does it not leak, but it’s lighter and saved me almost $200! I’m summary, I won’t buy another Bissell. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. We have 5 kids still at home and a carpet cleaner is an essential piece of our housekeeping closet…but I can’t afford for it to be disposable or replaced every 2 years nor can I accept poor craftsmanship. We got a Hoover Smartwash for $200 and I love it!!

We like the Bissell brand however we found a similar model with more accessories included at a better price so we went with that one. The extra attachment this one included for spot pet cleanup was not worth the higher price to our family.

Leave the floor all wet , the one I got was missing part , problema from the beginning.
