I have never liked Bissell products and this did not change my mind.

Too many parts that need exact placement. Stopped suctioning at one point and it was basically due to a small sand grain particle stuck in 1 of 10 possible locations. Very cheaply made. Would not recommend for moderate family use with 2 dogs.

Stopped working after 30 days but Bissell sending me a new one.

The hose no longer works I think I used it 2 times and it won’t spray water anymore I’m super annoyed by thing because the whole purpose of buying this item was to clean my stairs

Cleaned my carpet 3 x’s but despite multiple try’s my dogs urine smell still remained. Tried the urine cleaning solution and purchased a separate one with no success. The pet upholstery tool is useless. The smaller one (blk/red brush) worked better. Waist of money.

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner (1986) is fantastic! I did a lot of research before purchasing this product and am 100% satisfied. I wish that I had purchased it years ago. The cleaner is easy to operate, does a thorough job, and is simple to clean.

Terrible machine does not suck up at all carpet is soaked tried everything. Used 2times I almost think this was a used returned item I got shipped some parts inside were out of bags buy a different machine this one no good

Pretty easy to use, did a good job cleaning the stains on carpet. Size of unit is smaller than my previous one so I felt it took longer to clean the amount of are.

Very heavy, difficult to maneuver and leaked large amounts of water all over the floors although properly assembled per instructions. I returned this item.

Bissel proheat carper cleaner Leaked water when trying to use proheat vacuum not good at all and expensive not worth at all dis clean good but handheld tight corners brush cleaner sucked

Cleans great but when i cleaned my couches it filled my tile floor with water found out that there's a leak. Only used it twice. But it did a great job cleaning my rug and couches

Nice accessories and hose attachments, with this unit I think you could clean about anything in your house.... Carpet, upholstery, rugs, etc. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.... Assembles in 5 minutes, deep cleans very very well, also has some other cleaning options which was nice. Also, the unit is very easy to take a part and clean, which has been a pain point with other carpet cleaners I've used in the past... Overall, very nice.

Hose/upholstery attachment pours water straight onto the floor for the for the floor attachment to pick up, soaking a floor that never needed water on it in the first place.

This gets our carpets so clean. I recommend this brand to anyone. I have three dogs so it’s great to have and it’s light weight.

Very easy to assemble and was much lighter than I anticipated. Comes with two trial bottles of cleaner and antibacterial solutions in the box which is nice. You can start cleaning immediately. The extra large water tank is great, especially if you are cleaning large areas. Greatly reduces the number of stops and refills. Two cleaning modes work great, depending on the type of soil or carpet area you need clean, however we did find that Deep Clean tended to leave the carpet a little wetter than we would like. The dual power brushes really get the carpet super clean, and you can definitely see hair and debris picked up that even your vacuum left behind. I'm not sure what makes this a "pet" specific model per se, but it works great on pet hair and stains without a doubt. Also, the moniker "ProHeat" can be misleading, as there in no onboard heater. I even looked on Bissell's website, thinking I was missing something, and yes there is no heater on this unit. It has a heatwave technology that works with hot tap water you add. So just FYI. Plenty of cable and hose length so you have pretty unlimited mobility. Cleaning the unit is a breeze, and a great touch that you have access to get to the rollers and clean them off.

It broke the first time using it it do not work I need to take it back to get a replacement or refund

When carpet is being cleaned it looks like it is cleaning but when carpet is dry all the stains are still there.

The product will leak when you roll it. Other than that works fine

Best carpet cleaner ive owned. This was a replacement for the same cleaner that was 8 years old. just updated

suction is okay, when it comes to using on the carpet cleaner it is hard to use. You really get an arm workout.
