Worth every penny! I tend to struggle using products like this cleaner when it’s new. The directions for Bissell were clear. I was able to get my entire upstairs prepped and cleaned in one morning. I did a deep clean since it was my first time with the machine. It’s a little gross when you see what come out of your carpet, but then you know it’s working too. It took about 6-8 hours to dry the carpet completely. I will be doing another cleaning in about a month for peace of mind, but I definitely recommend this machine.

I was told in store by an associate that it would dry vacuum up dog hair. And it doesn’t.

I had to return its just don't work as they show in the commercials I had to return it.. over heats, stops working and dont work in all type of carpet's

This is a great home carpet cleaner, especially if you have pets and kids. Cleans kids messes and spills well, as well as pet accidents. The added attachments and hose, comes in handy and work well. Hope it holds up to heavy use, as it seems to have alot of plastic parts.

Worked for literally 2 cleanings then the spray mechanism broke

Works great on cleaning up pet messes from dried crap on my carpet to mud and dirt too. Is a bit noisey

We purchased this one over the one we were set on. This doesn't work well in cleaning carpet & it feels cheap / does not feel durable. I do not recommend.

I would definitely recommend this machine. Out of the box it was easy to set up and came with the detergents needed to get started. I like the professional detergent bus as it seem to get the carpet cleaner than anything else so if you’re going to buy extra I would definitely recommend buying more of that. Read the instructions pre-treatment is definitely necessary for the best results! Our carpets were a light almost white color with the typical foot traffic where the carpets were starting to show darker areas where they were clearly dirty. After using this machine those areas are now clean and we are very very impressed with the results! Not sure I understand the other negative reviews because we didn’t have any trouble with this machine and would recommend it. We were on the fence as to whether to purchase it or not because of some of the negative reviews and I have to say that I am glad we move forward with purchasing anyway! The machine comes with some great tools to make cleaning upholstery or pet stains really easy. I used the pet attachment to clean the stairs which made that a whole lot easier because of the firm bristles. The motorized head on the main machine definitely does a nice job cleaning dirt and grime out of the carpet. Do note that this machine has a deep clean mode and an express mode which does make a difference on how much water the machine uses on the carpets. Expect that in the deep clean mode that you will need to allow time for your carpets to dry! Overall this is a solid machine and definitely worth the money that you’ll invest into it highly recommended!

This carpet cleaner is great. It is very simple to use and easy to clean up. With a super long cord, I can reach all over each room without having to keep changing plugins. It has great amount of suction which makes dry times quite fast. Fantastic value.

Great product☺️i have to clean carpet and couch all the time because i have three kids and two cats.it’s been 3 years still working great.

Garbage. Used 3 times and now it won't spray water making entire unit worthless.

The shampoo holder was leaking right out of the box.

Constantly breaking. Hard to access belts that are hard to find.

Its ok.My carpet isnt the same anymore.I used it on a little area and it made my carpet ugly.Retured.

The unit stopped picking up water the first time I used it.

Sadly it broke on day one and ripped our carpet. Sorry but I believe in honest reviews.
