Terrible

Charged it, fully charged, lights turn on but the brush doesn’t spin and there’s no spray. Bissell customer support is completely garbage. Takes them weeks to reply to anything, and they just send automated “here’s our troubleshoot”. No troubleshoots apply to the problem, and in order to receive further customer support we must send in a video of us doing all of the “troubleshoots” again. Obviously beyond best buys return policy at this point. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

Flexible moving mop

It don’t pick up anything stuck to the floor. You have to mop the area continuously to rid of sticky stuff. Because it’s battery charged is a big plus as no worries about plugging and unplugging electric cord to use it . I’m still happy with it.
