    Product was defected out of box. Would not spray even after trying online tips. Bissell actually was able to fully replace the product, so that was nice! So 3 stars since they have great customer service but the product was not working properly.

    This product is for someone who spills juice on the floor and cleans it up 3 days later. It's a little heavy and cumbersome. Once it gets going, you can lightly push it around but it's not a practical device.

    I think it’s good but definitely get the crosswave instead. Also, maybe purchase elsewhere, like Target because Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy if there’s anything wrong with the product vs Target 90 days.
