I have never had a steam mop before and when I purchased one I fell in love with it. I lent it out and never got it back. I purchased this believing it was also a steam mop and was highly disappointed.

Really doesn’t scrub well. You have to put extra pressure on the mop while it scrubs to get anything dried on the floor your mopping to come off or pre soak the area first. Don’t waste your money!

Not a smart purchase. Ended up taking the product back because it was just a little too much work, for what it was. Might be good for somebody, just not for me

I have purchased several BISSELL Products thru the years, My issue with this product is the battery only last for about 15 minutes and died.takes an hour to charge, was only able to use on a very small amount of flooring before it ran out of juice. Do not undrstand why they do not make it electric plug in. Took back immediately,

I’d like to give a good review but unfortunately I can’t handle broke after first use, did work great when it wasn’t broke, what did redeem it a little is Bissell does have good customer support

Product would leak when not in use from the fluid canister. It did a great job of getting the floors clean although it wasnt the easiest to control when in use. I did end up returning.

It's okay. I was expecting it to be better than my old Shark steam mop. I will definitely be getting another steam mop in the future.

Honestly, the mops where u get a bottle of cleaner and snap it in, spray and go....they seem to work better. We still have this, its been 2 years, but almost never use it.

Doesn’t stay charged I couldn’t complete my kitchen

This is my second time buying this product. I gave the first one as a gift to a family member and they liked it so much that I purchased one for myself. After only 1 use, one of the rotators stopped working. Thankfully it was still within the 15 day return policy and I was able to bring it back. Overall, it was a good way to have my children clean our wood floors a bit better, but I was disappointed that it malfunctioned.

Bissell Spinwave Intro This SpinWave mop makes mopping fun… sort of. It is light and it has a built-in handle to make it easier to carry around. It is quiet so go right ahead and mop in the middle of the night. The power button is located on the handle for ease of operation. You can pause and put the unit on stand-by by putting it in the upright position. However, reclining it back to the cleaning position takes putting your foot on the unit’s foot and pulling the handle back. A release lever would have been nice. It’s cordless! Yay! It takes about three and a half hours to fully charge the battery and the charge have typically been good for +/-20 minutes of continuous cleaning time. There are three LED charge indicators located on the front (3 LEDs=100%-67%, 2 LEDs=66%-33%, 1 LED=32%-10%, 1 flashing LED means you should take a break and charge the unit). The clean water tank has fill lines to easily mix water and the cleaning formula. One for small room cleaning and another for a large room. I don’t think the battery charge will last for that large room cleaning though. It comes with 4 reusable and washable pads. Two regular pads and two pads with rough strips for scrubbing. Because the cleaning formula leaves streaks on tiles, noticeable on dark tile floors. Because of that, I mainly use the scrubber pads for cleaning then use the regular pads to buff the streaks out. So much for making mopping fun and easy. There is a push button on the handle to dispense the formula and it will also make a buzzing noise while it is dispensing. It comes with a storage tray which keeps the unit off the floor and helps vent the wet cleaning pads for faster drying time. Pros - Cordless - Light weight - Cleaning pads are reusable and washable Cons - Cleaning formula leaves streaks - 3+ hours charging time for -20 minutes cleaning time - Needs a release lever to recline the unit Outro If you need to do some maintenance mopping, this will do the work easily. Instead of the breaking out the old fashioned bucket and mop, you might just reach out for this Bissell SpinWave!
