The box was partially torn and we had to take it to a store. They did not have a replacement, so the girl and I opened it to look for damage. It appeared to be ok But we will know when our niece uses it for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a Christmas present and giving someone a damaged box is not ideal. Besides, having to go to the store just before Christmas was not hi on our list with the Covid situation in LA.

Very disappointed. Guess I didn’t do my homework. No steam cleaning & charge barely lasted long enough to clean 1 large room. Had to recharge to clean rest of house! Don’t want to make cleaning the house take any longer than it has to.

Thought it wasnt that good but it really is excellent

Not for me. People loved it and I wished I did but it was too slow for my taste. Took too long and missed spots.

Had this for less than a month it it started leaking. The battery life is not long at all. My floor is mopped 3 times a week and it still dirty. It kind of just moves the water around without any real cleaning.

worked great, but battery doesn't last long and you can't replace it. So what do you have to do, throw the machine away?

Battery life is around 15 min and after 5 uses it leaks fluid.

This power mop has cut my wife's time mopping the floor in half. Leaves the floor sparkly and shiny every time.

It sprays and the pads rotate. The problem is that it’s just an electric swifter that spins. Unlike a swifter, you only get two sets of pads. Unless you have one small low traffic area, it won’t do any good. I would say that you need one set of pads for each room you use it on and the pads are not cheap. I used it once and it has been sitting since then.

Lasted about 8 months. Only used a handful of times. Called service rep cause it wouldn’t spin. She tried to say it was over charged. Funny thing is -on Q& A on product it was a question answered about overcharging-according to experts. That is not possible. Now I have to go 10 miles over to a repair shop to see if it is fixable THEN maybe be offered a replacement! Geez. Not a happy customer. Just replace it already !

We misplaced the lid for the reservoir and it is unable to be replaced so is not able to be used now.

Not impressed. It does have good power but not steam mop.

Bought wrong one. Didn’t love it because it wasn’t what I needed

This power mop is one of the simplest best perched we have made we love it

This item is would be ideal for a small apartment. The battery life on this machine will not last in order to complete a large area.

Decent product. It'll do minor job. Wifey don't really like it though

at first, worked great. fairly soon, the jets for the water/cleaner became clogged and stopped working, after that, one side of the pads stopped spinning, essentially rendering it useless. only repair option is a bissell approved repair shop, which for me means about a 200 mile round trip.

It’s does the job , I like it because it’s so easy to clean the floor

I originally thought this was a steam mop its not.it doesnt scrub the floors hard at all and doesnt get anything out of the grout in the bathroom.ill be returning this tomorrow to the store looking for something else.
