It constantly leaks and leaves drops of cleaner after spraying.

Ok out of the box there is virtually no set up just push the handle into the base and you’re done. Opening the box you will find 4 washable cleaning pads, two bottles of cleaning solution, the main unit it’s self with base and a power cord for charging. No need to get down on your hands and knees for them dried on hard spots. With the dual rotating mop heads it makes quick work of cutting through the grime. With a push of a button you control how much cleaning solution is put down. So you can use more when at stubborn spots. I like that you can control how much you use. This way you only use what you need and my floors dried very quick from not having a lot of extra water on them. I do wish it had a longer battery life. I have a lot of tile and hard wood floors in my home and couldn’t do the whole house on one charge. I was shocked at how easy it was to move this mop around. With the rotating heads it’s almost like it’s floating and moves around almost effortlessly. And it’s lightweight so it won’t be an issue if you have a two-story home and need to carry it around. This would be a great addition to anyone’s cleaning closet and I would recommend it.

It leaves the floor a little sticky. It may be the cleaner.

Thank God we have the total tech support warranty because we had 4 of the spin mops break down on us in 3 years of use, and at this point, we're switching to a vacuum mop. I will altogether avoid this product because there are significant inconsistencies in manufacturing.

Did not fight those tough stains from my little ones. I have tile and thought this would help

This is a terrible waste of $200.00!!!! It will not hold a charge! I can literally charge it until all of the light strip is blue, WHICH TAKES ABOUT 24 HOURS! Then, push "power on" to use it. It swirls about 5 seconds and immediately powers off indicating "battery dead". I purchased the extended warrant and I've made repair appointments...but still NOTHING. Best Buy won't even honor the repair service. ***DO NOT BUY THIS***

This item worked well but it left swirl marks on my floor. I'd rather use a cotton mop.

she was telling me how amazing it was;. i was sold on that and the vacuum starteing with "d"cant rememer name arthe moment im a freak when it omes to clenliness. i feel like for the price theres much better, this doesnt do much. 20 mins cord free yawn

Lasted only 3 months. The spinning pads do not turn anymore, the pad feet bases stripped and the motor just spins.

Reminds me of a commercial buffer. I like the finish, I know its clean, but the cleaner that came with didn't make my hardwood floor shine like I want it to. I'll find the right cleaning product for that though. Otherwise I'd give it a 5

Just shell out a couple bucks more and get a steam mop that'll effectively clean your floors. I normally like Bissell but, this was poorly executed. Keep in mind if you have pets or if your floor gets dirty quick, you need to wash and replace the 2 mop covers constantly especially, if you have a big home. Also, as expected with cordless, not as strong as a plug in appliance.

I simply wish it could spin faster and had a little more weight to it. This item is a great purchase overall, though (lol).

I really enjoy my power mop. I have 2 cats and dogs that keep my kitchen a mess, so this is super easy to grab and clean quickly. It makes floor shine. I would like a different pad that has more cleaning scrubbing power.

Hate this so much. It made the floor more dirty and when pass were washed they came out flat. Not worth it for the price

This device doesn’t live up to expectation. I have been looking for an item that would polish and shine and can’t get that effect unless I rent a commercial strength machine.
