This item will save your back and keep your floors a lot cleaner around your home. My wife and I absolutely love it, we are able to keep the floors clean with minimal efforts. This should be a must have for all homeowners.

Better than getting on your knees and washing by hand. Love that it is cordless. Wish it had a removable power pack so you could charge one while using the other. Kids even like moping with it. Now that’s a win win

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how it “cleans”. My Swiffer works better for picking up dirt. It might be nice if you only needed it for a quick polish, but who has time for that? I had to return. Thankfully Best Buy has excellent customer service.

In the description, it states it can be used for a variety of surfaces. The manual states for sealed hardwood surfaces. I have tile and am unsure if it can be used for it. I would recommend to a friend if they had hardwood.
