Love The Mop Feature

Does the job

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this 5 stars, if it weren’t for the fact that I had a much cheaper unknown version bought from a popular online vendor, that cleaned just the same and didn’t have as many issues with the roller getting stuck. Plus side is the mop attachment! Floors feel fresh and clean.

Great Mopping robot

It works great as a mopping robot but make sure to run it or another vacuum before you run it as a mop or else the small vacuum bin will fill up quick. The bad thing about it is the App. It only works sometimes and freezes on my Samsung S23 plus.

Great robot

Only issue is the top sensor part sticks up a lot and gets stuck on things and is already cracking after a couple uses. Not sure how long it will last and the robot isn’t aware of its own height.

Very helpful robot

Works for a year

Surprising performance

However, running the R5 in dry mode in order to map my home, I found it’s vacuum capability and it’s navigation ability is equal to that of my Roomba. Plus, the Bissell R5 is quieter. The only thing it lacks that my Roomba has is an auto empty feature.

Don't bother

I've had it for less than a month and it has never navigated well. Currently, it is unusable because it says it can't mop when it's on carpet. There are no carpets or area rugs in my house. Bissell customer support is a joke....can't go off script, had me troubleshoot for problems i'm not having, factory reset does not clear errors. Would not recommend.
