This SpotBot did a great job removing recent as well as older set-in stains.

Very nice machine for cleaning pet stains. I love the machine because it's portable and can move from room to room without carrying a big machine for cleaning small spots. I purchased a new one because my old one finally gave out after I had it a few years.

Bought this to replace older model. This is much easier to use. Just set it up over the spot to be cleaned and turn it on. Cycles through and stops automatically. It does a nice job of spot cleaning.

Good product wish it had better suction, does remove set in stains,excellent for pet owners. Maintains carpet cleanliness between cleaning.hand held tools good for easy and hard to reach areas.

We have five dogs so carpet mishaps are a given. This is a great tool to clean just a spot that needs it. Gets it clean so there's no odor left. This is our second one. We gave our first one to our daughter who also has two dogs. She loved it as well!

Simply place it over the "accident" and turn it on. It does the work. I even put it over a stain on the staircase that had been there for 2 months, and it was GONE! Very easy to use. Virtually automatic. It's great!

Just used this to spot clean some pets stains prior to cleaning our entire carpet. The unit did a nice job on set stains. Two things became apparent: 1. The need to brush the nap on the carpet immediately to hide the circle left by the scrubber. 2. The scrubber circle was obviously brighter than the surrounding carpet because it was now cleaner. That was erased when we did the whole carpet. The scrubber pulled some pretty dirty spots up and did not leave the carpet soaked. The cleaning solution tank capacity allowed three, 6 minute "set-in" cycles before requiring a tank refill. The dirty water tank has a larger capacity. The "surface stain" setting is 3 minutes. have not used the hand wand yet.

Was looking for a nice pair that wasn't four hundred dollars. These are great.

We tried it on a dark traffic area on our main carpet and it left a nice clean circle where it worked and carpet itself is fine. It also has a heavy stain mode that we tried on a padded bathroom rug that is really dirty and there is a like new clean circle now. The regular clean mode was much quicker and left a slightly less bright circle. Remember it is a spot cleaner so if the rest of the carpet is not perfectly clean you'll have a nice bright and clean circle afterwards. It also should be handy for sucking up drink spills quickly with the extra hose and nozzle that is part of the machine and helps pull the extra water out of the carpet when done. Happy with it for the price on sale and it does exactly what it is designed to do.

Spotbot works very easily and has great suction. Easy to fill and clean!

Great product. I can't believe that I waited so long to get this item.

Pretty good at cleaning spots. It is a bit or work to use this for just one spot, usually end up waiting for several minor stains/spots to accumulate, so they can all be cleaned at the same time.

What I liked about this machine is the size and I did not have to drag out my large carpet cleaner to clean a small area where my dogs peed on carpet. I think every household should have this even if they don't have pets.

This is worth it's weight in gold! I have seven ( 7 ) k-9 kids and one of them is always needing a clean up. This is my third one in twenty years. If you are going to be a serious k-9 parent, this product is a "must" have.

Bought this after getting a rescue dog. She was not getting the whole "go outside" thing. It does well, just wish it had a little more power for the "set in" stains. If we catch the accident right away it works great.

We use this to clean up messes our cats make. It's perfect for that!

My husband uses it mostly to clean carpets, upholstery, and other things inside of vehicles. The automatic spot cleaner does a great job. Just place on the spot and let it do it's thing. Only downfall is that is has no way to heat the water.

This carpet cleaner is soooo worth it! My husband broke the last 2 stand up ones we had and with 3 pets we couldn't go without. So I researched & bought this little one. Does a better job then I could ever do!
