Works really well. Only complaint is you can only do two spots with one filling. However since it goes by itself, a lot of time is saved.

This has worked well for cleaning up pet accidents. It is easy to set up, then hit the button and let it do the work.

Our cat had a few issues keeping fooddown so there were spots we had cleaned up the usually, paper town and spot remover. Got tired of cleaning several spots every day do purchased the Bissell Carpet Spot Remover machine. It works as advertised, cleaned all the spots but one, which cleaned so well it is a lot brighter than the rest of the carpet. We figure that we can use our regular Bissell Carpet shampoo/cleaner in hopes it will blend in the spot cleaned area. Overall, really pleased with the Spot Carpet Cleaner

It was very easy to set up and run but the cleaner didn't suck up all the cleaning fluid and you half to use the scrub brush to suck up the solution by hand.

It's nice being able to just set down over the spot and leave it alone.. A lot easier than our upright carpet shampooer.

This cleaner does everything we need to clean up bodily fluids left behind by our cats. We have purchased other Bissell products and been disappointed, but not with the SpotBot Pet Portable Deep Cleaner! It provides you a "set it and forget it" product that does the heavy lifting, which allows you to tackle other tasks while it cleans. The cleanup is easy, and as long as you clean out the tanks and hose after each usage, you can stay ahead of any residue being left behind. It's a valuable tool to have on hand!

Works extremely well on pet stains, get 3-4 spots per tank. A bit noisy but you can leave the room and it just chugs away!

My product is user friendly. With our pets who have occasional accidents it's nice to use a spot cleaner and don't have to drag out my big shampooer.

I have a 10 year old dog and she has occasional accidents. The Spotbot has really helped. I don't have to bring out my big carpet shampooing machine.

Works great. Simple to use and is almost effortless. Just prep. And place on spot. And come back to remove bot. Love it

It did exactly what it was suppose to do. But, worked better with expensive oxiboost solution.

The spot bot is perfect for small messes! It’s totally hands free and does all the hard work for you! I love it.

I have two older dogs that have accidents. This works great and is much easier than getting out the big cleaner.

I've owned several Spot Bots for many years now due to owning cats for many years and the "bot" is a trusted friend to get the smells / stains out usually just with hot water if caught early enough and a little finesse. I left my last one in our garage over several summers and one of the connectors dried out in the desert heat and it wasn't feasible to repair hence the new purchase.

We have used it a lot since I got it. It is some that I like to use and we have pets so it is really good for that.

I was skeptical at first, but this really works. Gets up just about any mess my 3 dogs have made.

Easy to use. Great for quick spot cleans, but larger messes will need a full size carpet cleaner.

We inherited a stray Pomeranian that apparently was never house broken. Its a slow process and the Bissell has made life so much easier when accidents do occur. One fill cleans about 3 times so I just keep it ready so all I have to do is set it on the spot, plug it in, and push go. There are 2 settings - surface clean and deep clean. For puddles I use the deep clean to get to the padding. The suction of the vacuum is great and the carpet is nearly dry when complete.

I love this cleaning machine. It is perfect for pet owners. Cleans stained area very well. I am very pleased.

Great item, easy to use. Does the job. I have three mature cats, three times the hair-balls etc. This machine is a blessing.
