The cleaning and shampoo carpets works great for spots

Pet accident fill the tank with solution and water set it on top of accident push start and walk away. It beeps when complete, discard old water and rinse both tanks , roll up cord and put it away.

This works great as long as you control the brush time manually. I had a deep stain so put it on auto and it ended up lightening my carpet so much that now instead of a darker stain, I have a lighter spot..... But I would recommend it and would purchase again with that caveat in mind.

We needed to remove some spots from around that house that had not been removed by manual cleaning. These were various dried in liquid stains.This little dude removed all the spots, even some that had been hidden under furniture for a long time. We don't have pets, but we do have grand children!

Like many of the other reviewers I did notice that all the water is not sucked up when you use the auto clean feature. But using the hand held attachment took care of the rest of the water. It took out stains that had been set in for years. I was so impressed. Definitely worth the money!!!

We've owned 4 of these over the years and continue to purchase new models when they stop working. Only compliant is the hose connections are usually the first thing to break. We purchase the service plan and it's paid off every time.

My wife and I were looking for something to take up a really set in stain from a pipe break. We tried everything and nothing worked until we used the SpotBot. Now the stain is completely gone and the carpet looks brand new. Awesome product.

I've always had a bissellnfoe those quick spots to Clean up. I like the weight and the suction on this. Haven't had to use too often yet.wish it had a rotating head like the old one.

My dog is almost as old as my carpet and having issues!!! I thought I'd give this compact cleaner a try. To be honest I wasn't expecting much but I have been pleasantly surprised. Does a better job than I could.

We got a new dog so of course accidents will happen. We love the Bissell! It is so easy to use. You just put it on the stain and let it do its thing. No more on my hands and knees scrubbing the carpet. It works really well. I am very impressed.

I have 4 large dogs and this was a must! I had a couple of urine stains/orders on my carpet and had tried everything to get the smell out, to no avail. I purchased this with little hope of taking it out but after 2 treatments the smells are gone.

Depending on the carpet type this maybe the carpet cleaner for you. I liked the features and automation. It cleaned the carpet, but left a circular "clean" spot in my carpet. Not perfect, but better than a lot of alternatives.

Though quick and easy to use, this machine left dark circles on my white carpet and I had to use my big shampooer to remove them. I am not impressed and wish I had not wasted my money. Definitely not like the commercials.

Pretty good at removing small stains and lifting furniture depressions from carpeting. The only drawback I have noticed so far comes when draining / drying out the holding tanks and unit hose. It can take a while to dry the hose out.

This thing is great! It has two auto settings--surface stain and set in. Just set it down and walk away. Awesome. A new puppy is exhausting enough and I can't bear not to shampoo out mishaps. There's also an easy to use hand-held hose.

Awesome for pet messes and other set in stains! I only wish the clean water reservoir was a bit bigger thus the reasoning for my 4 star rating. Other than that, highly recommended if you have carpeting and pets!

This is a great product for a quick cleanup if your pet has an accident. The downside is the size of the area it cleans, which is significantly smaller than I first expected. Great product otherwise!
