With our new puppy I was going crazy with all the cleaning... It was a lot easier when I had my babies... But found this spot remover/ vacuum cleaner.. And not only takes the stain out but leaves a fresh smell!!! I couldn't do it without it! I LOVE it!

Our pets leave little gifts for us frequently. This is perfect to get the stains out. Just set it on the spot and let it run while we do something else. And, for larger areas or really bad stains, the hose works great!!!

Works as advertised, kind of difficult to keep clean, and although it kind of defeats the purpose of it being small and portable, we wish it had a larger brush and cleaning area.

I have 2 dogs, one senior who has an accident about once a week--very effective at getting out old and new stains, love turning it on and walking away!

It works well for spot cleaning but when I try to use the hose for manual cleaning, water leaks all over the floor because the valve doesn't work properly.

I wanted to use this like a spray cleaner to clean couch and not necessarily carptet. I was expecting to have the hose that sprays water also vacuum but it appears from the instructions that the only way to vacuum up the water sprayed is to put the entire machine on top of the couch. I had a small Bissel that would do this but it stopped working as the water tank would not stay on the machine due to the gaskets, Bissell seems not to manufacture things that work

This is great for the little accidents which can be quickly cleaned up. Wish it had bigger tanks, but then again, that’s what a full sized carpet / surface cleaner is for.

Was great getting up even set in stains. Would not work for large area though. Used a lot of cleaning agent. You can just push a button for either set in stains or surface stains and it will alert you when it's done.

After using SpotBot for about 1 month, I love it. It works well on both new and older stains, but if it's a large stain you'll have to run it multiple times.

This product has exceeded my expectations on getting dog stains out. In addition, it works on stains the kids leave around the house as well. Does not take long and easy to clean up after use

I really like this machine a lot. My only complaint is the hand held nozzle brush isn't as strong as I would like. Otherwise, it works perfectly and I love that you press a setting and let it work.

This helped me with my dog's accidents there not so frequent but sometimes happens. Just put the machine over the spot and the machine does everything by itself and really well.done.

Great products that does exactly what it says it will do. Be warned it does leave wet spot rings and u'll need to use the hose to try to fix it. Highly recommend on very small spots.

I bought this for pet stains. It only cleans a circular spot and does not move unless you use hose. I would not buy this machine again. I would of picked out something that cleans a bigger area.

I have several old spots on my wall to wall carpet from my dog's accidents. I cleaned them by hand, but they were still there and the SpotBot Pet made a noticeable difference.

I found your product to be good.My wife also found your product to be good .So that tells me its undeniable a good product,and we sure do use it .

I just got a new puppy and whIle potty training her she's missed a couple of times and this cleans it up and leaves no smell so she never trys to go in the same spot this helped alot while potty training her.

This little wonder works! Better yet - after you set up the machine and prep the spot, turn it on & go sit down! After 10-20 min. the stains and spots are lifted and gone.

Already used it several times. The instructions are simple and quick. The automated features are great! Four stars because the manual brush dripped a little after being used.

Purchased this product as a replacement/update to an existing similar unit. Was already happy with the previous model I had for over 3 years and just simply wore it out.
