Love the product, does what it says. Does tend to leak though. But still worth it! Also uses a lot of the product for deep cleaning, almost a whole bottle!

This is my second unit, the first one failed after 5 years. If you live in a house with cats this is a must. It's simple to use and does a great job in cleaning up the fur balls.

The hose on this machine is cheap and flimsy and you cannot purchase replacement parts for it. It cleans well enough and I have gone through two of these. It's good for about 2 years or so. I will not purchase another and am now looking for a new spot cleaner

This device does what it advertises. It is automatic and does clean. The scrubber head is smaller than you might like (8", I think). The clean reservoir holds 3-4 quick cleans and 1-2 deep cleans worth of liquid. The dirty reservoir holds a bit more. Is it automatic and runs fairly well on its own. The short cycle is about 3 minutes and the deep clean is over 6. The hose unclips and has a small scrubbing brush/head that attaches. This is almost as effective as the Rug Doctor we have rented in the past. Not as good for larger carpet areas, but easier to handle on stairs and corners and small spots. Is squirts the cleaning solution and sucks it back up. It seems to help with pet stains and other dirt.

I have had three of these spotbots over the years. Each one gets better. I wish the suction was a little stronger. It does leave a very wet spot that takes hours to dry. I have three small dogs and it is great for the cleanup of those little accidents so the extra water is acceptable for the convenience

This little machine is great for small messes & perfect if u have animals. It's lightweight, easy to use as suction for cleaning a spill that doesn't require the brush. Great purchase!!!

Used this on my car seats and they look brand new. Also, used on some spots from our pets and the carpet looks better in that spot than the rest of the house. One of the things that makes this machine so great is the multi use of it. I do have to say the OXY GEN2 solution that is included is amazing after using in the spot bot I used in my larger carpet cleaner and our carpets look great.

This product is a must for pet owners. Just set it and walk away. It's great!

The product is fantastic but there was a $20 rebate from bissell when we purchased the spotbot pet that Bissell denied stating that all the required info was not sent.... We followed their rebate sheet to the letted and left nothing out but, No Rebate Only Excuses...... The product is quite handy and the cleaning solution works well...

No one with carpet and pets should be without one of these machines. I actually wore the first one out and had to buy another one!

Bought this because we have 3 dachshunds and we needed more than a paper towel and a spot cleaner. We had talked about it for awhile before purchase. I own a regular size steam/carpet cleaner, but it is very bulky to drag out each time one has an accident. First one we bought we had to return 5 days later due to leaking and machine not removing water/not working. We took it back and exchanged for another unit. It does an adequate job. The one thing that I see as a shortcoming is, it leaves what we call "crop circles", wet circles. If these circles are in a traffic area collect dirt and make carpet look worse than before you clean up the urine/stain. And tend to leave large clean spot in other areas. I have started using the hand held hose attachment and it seems to do a better job of removing the water and not leaving circles. And it is a must to clean out the dirty water vessel every use or you still get the smell. Also, none of the cleaners, even the ones made for pet stains, get rid of urine smell.

I was surprised at how it got rid of many stains that had been around for some time. As I mentioned above, I am having a difficult time finding one of the ingredients you mix in with the pet stain remover. I usually have to order from here. Male cat urine odor in a rug is impossible to get rid of under most circumstances by any machine and I had hoped that this one could do the job. Probably the only thing you can do at some point is buy another rug.

I haven't used this much because I only have two bedrooms in my house with carpet. I have used it on some rugs and it did a great job on my couch!! Easy to use and nice compact design.

Well, I purchased this online and it worked fabulous for 3 days, then I noticed the machine would leak all the cleaning solution onto my floor when it was stored. (It's supposed to be alright to store solution) Customer Support let me trade it in the next day for a brand new one that my local store had in stock. I have been using my replacement about once a week for a month now and I've noticed now my replacement leaks!! For this reason I would NOT recommend this product, for the price, I think the machine should not leak. However, before it started leaking it did work awesome, but again, not worth it for the price tag.

Very pleased with this product but it uses a lot of OxyGen2 cleaner for set-in stains and it has a rather small area of performance. Cleans great and quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent spot cleaner. I set it up and just came back to it when I heard the beep go off.

The product does a fine job of cleaning. Yes it will leave crop circles but those are easily remedied by using the brush attachment afterwords. My main complaint is that hose will always fail where it makes the sharp bend around the machine right at the handle end. I've had several of these and each one has failed there. If you never use the hose then no worries.

Works very well at spot cleaning stains on carpets and upholstery. Only things to be careful of is using it on an area rug - the automatic scrub can be a little too much depending on the quality of the rug. Only other complaint would be the difficulty that comes with cleaning the dirty tank, but that's really just an inconvenience, not a major issue.

Does a great job on "fresh" stains but the set-in stains may require 2 or 3 cycles. The cleaned "spot" is still wet after the cleaning cycle is complete. Overall this is a good product.

I am on the way to purchase our second spot bot. I used the first one almost daily for the first 3 + years we had it. Then it had issues with not spraying at all or not sucking the solution out of the carpet. Then that miraculously fixed its self and worked great for the next 1 1/2 years then started leaking the cleaning solution even when it was not being used so I just didn't leave any in the tank. When I would fill it to use it it oversaturated the carpet. I tore it apart but never could determine why it was leaking. I am hoping the new one will be without these issues. I would buy a different brand but there is nothing else like this on the market. If there is I can't find one.
