Left crop circles in our carpet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We used it on pet stains, but the result was we now have light tan crop circles on our darker tan carpet. We used Oxy-Clean with it, and that may have been the problem in that Oxy-Clean has a small percentage of bleach in it. It has never been a problem before using Oxy-clean to clean up pet stains by hand. But using the Bissel in auto mode....scrubbing for about six minutes may over-activate the Oxy-Clean's chemical content. At any rate, it is as great idea, but try it with the samples that come with it first..

Go with something different

The perfomance of this is not what I was used to getting with my Green Machine. The tank is really little and won't suck anymore after it gets full... which happens pretty quickly! The automatic "set stain" removal is a joke. I bought this specifically for pet stains and it has trouble sucking up urine. It also doesn't do a good job at sucking up the excess water, so I always have to take the hose to suck up the water and also even out the circle it leaves on the carpet. I am going to return this and go with an upright steamer or get another Green Machine. The Green Machine is just way more powerful and can also hold more.

Does not perform as advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe I'm not using this machine right but so far I am very disappointed in its performance. The spots are worse after I use it, and, it has stopped sucking up the water. I am returning it today!!
