Bought in April 2023, the brush stopped working and it won't suck up water anymore. I contacted Bissell to see if they could repair or replace only to be told to go on a video call and take the machine apart myself and then be told that because the machine isn't spotless with no hair, that is what caused it to stop working. I purchased this machine specifically because I have dogs, it's ridiculous to say that the machine needs to remain like new for it to continue working.

Works quite well considering how low the price is.

After reading through reviews on Best Buy, this vacuum seemed like it was a good value carpet cleaner. But I wish I didn't buy it. It has very poor suction, particularly with the upholstery attachment. I thought it would be convenient to have both options to clean carpet, and small things like chairs and my car. I wish I had bought a nice carpet cleaner and a separate small one. It also leaks! At first it didn't, and I treat my belongings well, but after about 5 uses it leaks so bad I can't even use it. All the cleaning solution drains right out before I can even start. Very disappointed.

I vacuum and everytime i do it get plugged up and then stops picking stuff up..it actually just sucks im very unhappy with it.

Does exactly what it’s made for. I left my carpet a tad wetter then I thought. I only have used it once. But it worked great. Just need to get used to it. But it’s a Bissel enough said

Definitely worth the money. The fact that you can use the full carpet cleaner or the spot clean feature is great.

I won’t typically be that rough with a review, but this cleaner’s handle was bad from the get go and the button to spread water was not working. Ended loosing the promotional price I got at purchase and had to buy a new one at full price

It broke after 9 months of use and stopped removing the water. Didn’t clean well.

Bulky. Heavy. Pricey. Leaves carpets wet for too long.

We love it! Bought a smaller version and decided we had too many pets to use it..so we got this one instead. Deep cleaned our rugs and were amazed at how much hair came out, lol

Still running great but I have noticed it is hard to clean and lost a lil power

Used it on one spot did great, if you use the spot hose it leeks a bit from the bottom

Seemed to work fine but after 7 1/2 months the motor burned out.
